Set on six private acres in the heart of Heathcote wine country, the residence looks across open paddocks and its private dam, creating a quiet setting for a countryside escape.

Vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass frame the landscape from the open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. A fireplace anchors the main gathering space, while the full kitchen and butler’s pantry provide ample room for preparing shared meals. Contemporary interiors balance warm finishes with expansive views of the surrounding countryside.

All three bedrooms feature king beds and private ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms open to private balconies with outdoor baths overlooking the landscape, while the third features its own indoor bath. Bedroom availability is based on the number of guests booked, and bedrooms not included with the reservation are locked during the stay.

Outdoor living extends across the six-acre property, with space to wander the grounds or relax beside the private dam. A four-person infrared sauna overlooks the water, while the private balconies and outdoor baths create additional places to unwind. The dam is unfenced, and children and pets must be supervised around the water at all times.

Heathcote township is approximately ten minutes away, placing wineries, cellar doors, restaurants and regional attractions within easy reach. House-trained pets are welcome with prior approval and must remain supervised on the unfenced property. Pets may not be left unattended inside or allowed on beds, couches or other furniture. The gardens are newly planted and continue to establish around the home.
