Set on approximately 15 private acres overlooking Pineview Reservoir and Utah's Ogden Valley, Lakeview Haven is a six-bedroom, four-bathroom mountain lodge accommodating up to 16 guests. Spanning approximately 6,400 square feet across three levels, the residence combines rustic mountain architecture with sweeping lake, valley, and Wasatch Mountain views. Expansive decks capture the morning sunrise over the water, while private recreational amenities and surrounding wooded hillsides create a welcoming retreat. Snowbasin and Powder Mountain are a short drive away, providing convenient access to skiing and year-round mountain adventures.

The main level features a spacious great room with soaring timber ceilings, large windows, and a fireplace overlooking Pineview Reservoir. An open kitchen and dining area accommodates shared meals, with generous counter space and seating for larger groups. A separate recreation room features a pool table, shuffleboard, and entertainment space, while the lower-level media room offers an 85-inch Smart TV, Sonos sound system, and foosball. A private gym, dedicated office space, and mudroom with equipment dryers add convenience for longer stays and outdoor adventures.

Six bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations across the lodge's three levels. The walkout lower level features two bedrooms with three king beds between them, along with two full bathrooms. The main level includes the primary king suite with lake views, a private deck, and an ensuite bathroom, plus another king bedroom. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms share a full bathroom, with one featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed and private deck. A loft provides additional gathering space, while the seven king beds and twin bunk accommodate the home's 16-guest capacity.

Outdoor living centers around expansive decks overlooking Pineview Reservoir and the surrounding mountains. A private hot tub and hot-rock sauna offer places to unwind after skiing or hiking, while a covered gazebo with a fire pit provides another gathering space.
