Set on three acres within a gated community in Blairsville, Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin pairs a wooded North Georgia setting with Christmas decorations that remain throughout the year. The approximately 6,700-square-foot log home offers nine bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and accommodation for up to 28 guests across three levels. A decorated 12-foot Christmas tree and individually themed rooms give the interiors their distinctive character, while generous gathering spaces accommodate larger groups. Sleeping arrangements include two bunk beds in an open lower-level living area.

Vaulted timber ceilings, tall windows, and a substantial stone fireplace frame the great room, where leather seating and warm wood finishes create an inviting place to gather. The main-level kitchen and a second kitchen downstairs support shared meals, with three dishwashers and dining seating for 28 across multiple areas. A separate lower-level living space provides room to spread out, while a projection theater with 11 leather recliners and built-in surround sound brings everyone together for movie nights. Pool, air hockey, and arcade games add to the indoor entertainment.

Four bedrooms occupy the main level, four sit upstairs, and the Reindeer Room is on the lower level. The Santa Room features two lower-height adjustable king beds, while the Snowman Room has two queens. Each remaining bedroom contains a king bed. A twin-over-twin bunk accompanies the king in the Silent Night Canopy Room, with two additional bunks in the open lower-level living area. Bathroom arrangements include private, shared Jack-and-Jill, and hall-access layouts. Every bedroom has a 55-inch Smart TV, and a ramp provides access to the main level.

Covered porches and a spacious deck extend the gathering areas outdoors, with a private hot tub, outdoor dining, a propane grill, and a 36-inch Blackstone griddle.
