Located within Marriott Grand Residence Club in South Lake Tahoe, this three-bedroom penthouse offers a comfortable mountain retreat in the heart of Heavenly Village. With approximately 2,000 to 2,496 square feet of living space, the residence accommodates up to ten guests and provides convenient access to the village's shops, restaurants, entertainment, and nearby Heavenly Gondola.

The residence features separate living and dining areas, comfortable seating, fireplaces, and a dining table for eight. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals during a stay. Air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable television add everyday convenience.

Three bedrooms provide sleeping accommodations for up to ten guests. Two bedrooms feature King beds, while the third includes a Queen bed. Two additional sofa beds offer flexible sleeping arrangements. The residence also includes three bathrooms with a combination of showers and bathtubs, including a jetted soaking tub.

Valet parking is required at $45 per day. Self-parking, boat parking, RV parking, and trailers are not permitted. Vehicles taller than 6 feet 10 inches cannot be accommodated. Electric vehicle charging costs $15 per use and is subject to availability.

The resort does not provide an airport shuttle. Guests may arrange their own transportation or reserve a third-party airport transfer.
