We could not have asked for a more magical Florida Keys experience. The house at Sugarloaf Key sits right on the sound with breathtaking views that greet you the moment you walk in — whether it was morning coffee watching the water shimmer or evening sunsets painting the sky, the scenery never got old. The layout of the home is genuinely inspired. The expansive kitchen, dining, and den area flows together in a way that practically invites everyone to gather, cook, linger, and talk. We spent hours at that table and around that kitchen — some of the best conversations of the whole trip happened right there. It's the kind of space that turns a group of guests into a real community. The amenities were a wonderful surprise. Paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes were all included, and we took full advantage — paddling across the sound in the mornings and cycling our way through the neighborhood in the evenings. With Key West just a short drive away, day trips into town for dining, sightseeing, and exploring were effortless. A special word about Tony: he is an exceptional host. Attentive, warm, and incredibly helpful, he anticipated needs before we even thought to ask. His responsiveness and genuine care for his guests made the whole stay feel personal and special. This house checks every box — stunning location, thoughtful design, great gear, and a host who truly cares. We're already talking about coming back. Highest possible recommendation.”

Private Peninsula!

The home was beautiful. Views out of every side of the house with your own private beach, very private location and very convenient to key west and other restaurants. The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again. Very spacious and so nice for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. We had a lot of room to spread out if we wanted our own space and a lot of areas to gather together as a larger group comfortably. Highly recommended. ”

Terrific Trip

Florida Keys Paradise is a terrific home and was everything we were looking for to get out of the cold for New Years Eve. Beautiful view of the Keys, very comfortable and well equipped house. It is in a neighborhood right off US1, but near a big nature preserve where you could easily walk to or ride the available bikes. It is about 20 miles up from Key West and in a very quiet part of the Keys. Totally relaxed area, but near enough to Big Pine or Key West if you want. We took the kayak around the mangroves, went diving in Big Pine and chartered a fishing guide right across US1 at the tiny Sugarloaf Marina. Tony and the property manager were easy to communicate with and offered suggestions on things to do. We’d return any time.”

Perfect for Us!

There were six of us with various interest and ages and the house was perfect for each of us. We hung out at the house quite a bit , enjoying the sounds of the water softly hitting the sand on the private beach, watching and listening to tropical birds, and eating meals on the spacious waterfront screened deck We drove into Key West several times and the location is close enough to easily get to most places in the Keys. It was immaculate, spacious, and well maintained. Manager Cindy, who lived close by, was responsive to every question. Tony, the owner, was easy to talk to and gave us some great information about places to eat and visit. Hopefully we can return next year!”

Florida Keys Waterfront Retreat

My family just finished a wonderful week at the beautiful Sugarloaf Key Waterfront Home. We enjoyed kayaking, lounging on the private beach and using the small outboard that I rented for the week. We tied up the boat along a quiet dock next to the house. Our home cooked Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinners were wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking. Of course, we dined in Key West, a short drive south and visited a few restaurants a few miles north. It was our first warm weather Christmas and it was a great time for all. George”

Sugarloaf Key

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in the Florida Keys. The house was very well appointed and we were able to enjoy kayaking, biking and wonderful dinners with our friends and family. Key West is a short drive away and there are wonderful hiking trails throughout the area. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out both indoors and out. A great week was had by all! Lovely home

Everything about this home was lovely. The home was well outfitted with paddle boards and a kayak and everything was very comfortable. But, the highlight was the stunning property and small private beach. We all had a wonderful time and Anthony and the caretakers were attendant and very pleasant. Thank you! ”
