She is the consummate host, making you feel so welcomed. The apartment is so well decorated, comfortable and relaxing. The sitting area outdoor is then icing on the cake with beautiful sunrises and water views. We loved watching the porpoises and pelicans too! ”

FABULOUS AND RELAXING

Perfect place to relax with no fuss! Place was great. Grocery and general shopping close. Beach about 2 miles away by car. Grilled out most every night on deck with tables and chairs. Nice sunrises seen! Saw dolphins playing in the back deck water area every day.”

Welcoming and Elegant

I have never felt more at home than in Patty's apartment in Vero Beach. The elegance and welcoming environment she has created for her guests in incredible. She has obviously thought about every amenity from the top of the line appliances to the perfect bedding. We loved spending time on the deck making dinner, reading, working and watching for dolphins in the intercoastal. I also fell in LOVE with Vero Beach. The town also has the feeling of relaxed elegance with great restaurants and shopping. We spent our mornings stand up paddle boarding, afternoons on the beach and the evenings on the deck or enjoying dinner on the water. If you get the chance you must book!!!”

Penthouse on the River!

This was our first Thirdhome vacation and what a great last minute find to spend springbreak with our children! Our host Patti was so thorough and met our every question with enthusiasm along with excellent local recommendations! Thank you for meeting us at arrival and introducing us to the area and other "Thirdhomers" visiting! We had a great time in Vero Beach. The penthouse itself was very well decorated and thought out, bringing the local beach vibe and treasure coast history into it. The owners definitely went above and beyond making a visit to their home what you would expect; clean furnishing, utility, beach gear, and most importantly- waterfront relaxation. The location is literally a 5 minute drive to the beach and walking distance to great cafes, parks, kayaking, paddleboarding, shopping, biking trails, and exercise studios. Cannot wait for another trip to the Penthouse on the River and hanging out on the patio watching dolphin and our pelican friends. John and Kelly”

On the River at Vero Beach

What a wonderful find! Patty and Ron were delightful hosts and we were made to feel like family. We had never been to that part of the country before, and we were truly enchanted with all the wonderful nature activities there were right in our own back yard on the river/causeway.. Great little restaurants and scenic neighborhoods. We spent Thanksgiving week there and it was quite a treat. Thanks Patty and Ron for making our stay so memorable!. Sunny Vero Beach...... right at home!

We always feel right at home in Patty and Ron’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable Vero Beach penthouse. The nicest touch: a welcome basket of snacks and things for breakfast to get us started.... ! Patty is in the know as to what to see and where to dine. Absolutely LOVED Penthouse *4* in Vero Beach!

What a fantastic vacation and wonderful experience we had at this gorgeous home! The house is beautiful inside and out, and the balcony and views were delightful. Our hosts were excellent and easily accessible, and there's so much to do in the area. We didn't want to leave and would definitely return. This is a 5-Star property we highly recommend!!”
