The Engadin valley is not only the highest and widest but also most beautiful valley of the Alps. It's known for it's breathtaking nature and incredible intensity of light and colors. With this it's attracting sophisticated world travelers since ages to come nearly all year round.

Sils Maria is one of the most authentic little villages with the best geographic situations in regards to the natural light in the upper part of the Engadin. It is only 15 Minutes away from the hurly-burly of St. Moritz.

Our apartment is on the first floor with a terrace opening to a wide field only ending by the Inn river. It's furnished with passion and love for the region in authentic, cozy Engadin style.

The master bedroom have a full double bed with high-quality, made-to-measure fittings for the wardrobe and is next to it's bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet.

The guest room has three full beds custom made by carpenter which can be individually folded away in the cupboards. The guest bath includes a shower and toilet.

The salon includes a fire place and is furnished with antics from the region. All necessary devices for Raclette and Fondue are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The overall touch is very cozy, private and family home style. It only rents out very selective over the years. The house facade and roof is just completely newly renovated in 2015.

The house offers also a sauna. The underground car park is directly connected with the house, so you get with dry foot, no wind from car to the apartment.
