The home is located in the area of La Selva Villas, which is a collection of spacious and exceptionally finished homes for entertaining friends and family, set in a private garden enclave nestled between the fairways of the Stadium Course.

This 4/5 bedroom villa was designed by Francesc y Damia Ribas Arquitectos and features: oak flooring throughout with underfloor heating, a Bulthaup gourmet kitchen, air conditioning and an electronic lighting system in the living room with motorised curtains.

On the first floor there is an ensuite Master Bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, and kids bedroom a further bathroom and an outdoor terrace.

On the ground floor there is a sofabed double bedroom with en suite shower room.

Nice house but could use some TLC

House was located in a very nice development especially if you are golfer. The house was nice with plenty of space and natural light. We feel the house has not been well maintained especially when it comes to cleaning. A professional cleaning crew needs to be hired. We did not sleep well as there was a plastic mattress pad on the bed and we both woke up wet with sweat each morning. We were not able to keep the windows open as there were no screens on windows and there were many mosquitoes outside. We enjoyed taking walks in the community and eating in the restaurants located in the community. The pizza in the Lavida hotel which was walking distance to the house was very good. ”
