The lounge room has several comfortable leather sofas and a shaggy area rug for your relaxation needs. A basket of snuggly blankets is provided to help you get comfy! A flat screen tv is in the lounge room along with a Blue Ray DVD player, DVDs, and books for your use. Netflix and cable channels are also available!

The kitchen is fully appointed and will have everything you need to make delicious meals together. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and additional seating at the kitchen bar counter.

The master bedroom has a king bed and sitting area, along with a flat screen smart tv and entrance to the balcony, which provides views of the pool. The master bathroom comes complete with Martha Stewart towels, a lighted makeup mirror, private enclosed toilet, lots of closet space, and and large ornately tiled shower that has standard and hand held shower heads, along with bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds, along with a flat screen smart tv and DVD player, walk-in closet, and balcony views.

Additional amenities include, free underground parking, boat parking, air conditioned fish cleaning station, ice machine, luxury linens, and toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner, bath gel, soap, makeup wipes, etc.

At the front door balcony (which has patio seating for 4!), you'll see the most beautiful stretch of beach and the world class Arnold Palmer Golf Course. No membership required, Pro shop, full bar, casual dining, and a schedule of entertainment during high season. This 18 hole, beach front golf course is a must for any golfer!
