"Plume" is a 4-season property about 30 minutes from Charlottesville, Virginia and about 15 minutes from the Rockfish Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park and the famous Humpback Rock on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Even in the winter, enjoy skiing and snow tubing at nearby Wintergreen Mountain Resort and hiking at dozens of nearby trails. Then come back for a soak in our hot tub with Blue Ridge views.

Luxurious, spacious, and newly constructed, this home offers views of the famous Humpback Rocks ridges, from just about every room. Sip a brew from a rocking chair on the upstairs balcony, wake up to burnt umber tinted ridges outside the primary bedrooms, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub or cigar by the firepit.

Located on a quiet road off 151 but through a stretch of bucolic farm land with a stream and cows, and just a few minutes from Veritas Vineyards (reserve a four-course dinner at the Farmhouse), Afton Mountain Vineyards, King Family Vineyards (polo matches on Sundays during the summer season), Pippin Hill Vineyards (amazing food), the Brewing Tree, WildManDan's Brewery, Silverback Distillery, Bold Rock Cidery, and Devil's Backbone Brewing.

Peaceful & Relaxing in beautiful VA

Perfect place for 3 couples retreat. We enjoyed hiking, walks, winery, brewery and history in this beautiful part of VA. Every evening back at the house to hang out at this minimalist property that had a well equipped kitchen. The outdoor fire pit was perfect setting for conversation and enjoying the night sky. The views of the mountains were outstanding. Highly recommend ”

Lovely!

We had a lovely visit to this charming home. It was a fun introduction to minimalist architecture and design for us, and provided breathtaking views. The host was wonderful, and we could tell that she put much effort into making this newly constructed home comfortable, as we believe we are among some of its first guests.
