Great place for a group

Overall the accommodations were very nice. As expected prior to our arrival. Food was very good, and the staff was extremely attentive. They are in a transition from previous owners to Tafar so lobby’s at all buildings is very underwhelming. They are doing construction which we were unaware of until a couple weeks prior to our visit. If you have the opportunity to go and experience this suite I would definitely do it, I might just wait a couple of years to allow them to complete all the work. I would definitely go back.”

Third Time is a Charm

Diamante is an excellent resort to unwind and enjoy Mexican hospitality with a good choice of restaurants spread across the massive property. Courteous, efficient, professional, and friendly service. The par 3 golf course is fun and cost effective for the not-to-serious golfer. I suggest renting a car to move around the resort with greater ease and for trips into Cabo. The accommodations are well appointed, beautiful and well maintained. Enjoy!”

Best spring break ever!

Probably one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! Super clean, tons for the kids to do (we even got to release baby turtles into the ocean), food is amazing (room service 24/7 available), and the drinks are awesome! We will be back again! You can’t beat watching the whales from your outside patio! Definitely made memories that will last a lifetime! ”

Spectacular Penthouse, But LOTS of Construction

The penthouse we were assigned was absolutely spectacular. 4 spacious bedrooms, huge baths & everything seemed BRAND NEW. A true luxury villa with spectacular views. The only complaints we had regarding the room were that the beds were extremely uncomfortable (firm) and one of the primary bathrooms had a STRONG sewage smell coming from the shower toward the end of our week. This villa truly was something special though & would be the perfect setup for couples or families. We had a private chef come in and it was perfect for that. Diamante is a work in progress so there is a TON of construction going on along with loud noises and tons of dusty, dirt roads. If you're unfamiliar with Cabo, Diamante is about 30 minutes from downtown Los Cabos so if you want to get out and explore plan on driving a lot. We are very familiar with the area so got out a lot but for the reason of it being so far from everything, I doubt we'd ever come back. If you like to park at one place & enjoy all of the onsite amenties you'll be fine! ”

This was our 4th time to Diamante and our second stay in the OCR 4 bedroom with Thirdhome. Diamante never disappoints. We absolutely love everything about this resort. It is perfect for couples families or large groups. We love having the private pool and hot tub with this unit.”

Great Suite

Would definitely recommend this suite! It had all of the amenities that we were looking for and all of our guests were in awe. Overall the staff offered good service, with the exception of eth operators at the main building, they seemed to lack training. The housekeeping team and engineering team were great. The front valet guys were also great and very friendly and helpful! ”

Home was beautiful, staff was great, however the shuttle system inside the gates is very bad and slow. It’s hard to get from one place to another, while having to wait for a shuttle for 20+ minutes (even though they say 10). If you want to get to the Tiger Woods course inside the gates from OCR, it takes two shuttles, and upwards of 30 minutes to get somewhere that’s less then a mile away. they don’t allow Uber inside the gates so be aware, and the food is very pricey, (opening night reception was $48usd for a taco bar). Overall the property was gorgeous! Will the shuttles and expensive food stop me from coming back? No way. Hats off to the amazing maid service as well. I’ll be back sooner then later.
