Perfect Place to Relax

I brought my husband and daughter to Diamante. We had a 3 bedroom condo. It was perfect. My daughter brought a friend and we brought our friend. There was plenty of room to have alone time but also so much to do as a group. Our favorite place at the resort was the lagoon. It was so much fun!”

What an Amazing Residence in the Most Prestige location of Diamante, on the beach club. With Quick access to Private ocean pools and convenient and discrete basement parking entrance to the Residence. We had the pleasure of Hosting our family during thanksgiving week. The Management did a fantastic job of making sure our family was always taken care of and shuttled across the Lagoon property. Could not have asked for a better Experience, Thank you Diamante/Tater Team. EH ”

Construction Noise Over the top

The room was beautiful but on Monday morning we literally could not even hear ourselves talk due to the noise from machinery. Fortunately Diamanté accommodates a move to the Lagoon area where there was less noose. The room not as nice but it was worth moving in order to enjoy the reat of the week.”

Diamante - First Class Resort!

Another great stay at Diamante! Each time I leave convinced that it's my favorite ThirdHome destination. The 3-bdr Ocean Club Suite was well-appointed and a spacious, beautiful suite with great views of the Pacific Ocean. Very accommodating staff. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this unit. Obviously, I'll be going back to Diamante. ”

Pretty good but windy and noisy

The rooms were lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. However the construction is everywhere at the resort, especially at the OCR. Also one of the courses was closed for most of the week, so check in advance of booking. ”

New Year's 2021 Celebration

Our OCR Unit was beautiful with fabulous views of the Ocean, but the Master Shower control never worked properly during the entire stay, and even after several attempts to get it repaired correctly, was non functioning the entire week. There was almost zero water pressure & the hot water never reached acceptable temperatures. We had to use showers in the other bedrooms for the entire stay. I couldn't recommend staying there until Diamante gets their staff levels back up to pre-Covid numbers!”

Whale Watching at Diamante!

Incredible week! Fabulous time of year to be at Diamante on the ocean! We brought our binoculars and watched whales all week right from our balcony! Watched the sunrise every morning! The weather,service,food and accommodations were spectacular!!!”

Diamante- One of a Kind

Staff and food was fantastic as usual. This is our first time at OCR and our first time using 3rd home at Diamante instead of our owned weeks. It's different. No 20% discount on food, played Golf at other resorts for a third of the cost of Diamante though the guys would have loved to play there they just could not justify the money. There was no oven in our unit which limited our normal cooking routine so we ate out the entire time. We don't regret it because we found some fabulous restaurants that we had never been to including Edith's YUM!!!!!! We rented a suburban from Cactus rental for just over $700 for the week which we did not regret! We were pleasantly surprised to find that everywhere we went in town they would valet our vehicle as well as at Diamante if you requested it. There was no daily cleaning like we are accustomed to but we managed. The view of the pool and ocean was awesome! The drinks over the top! Our best night for food though was actually right there at Diamante at Izzy's. Blew us away! Pricey but so worth it!!! We are coming back on third home for two weeks in December and we can't wait!”

Great stay in Diamante!

The Ocean Club Residences is right on the Pacific Ocean and the 2 bedroom and the 3 bedroom that our family reserved had great views of the ocean and the pool, food and service was terrific! We saw numerous whales every day and the kids loved the new water park with the inflatables. Great week over Thanksgiving! ”

令人失望

We were very disappointed with the booking and our arrival at the Ocean Club residences. It states that it will sleep 8, it does not (Third Home please update your description). We sent several emails about this in advance and were told that a roll away would be provided as there isn't a fold out couch. On arrival we were told that the roll away would be an extra charge. This conversation in itself was very trying as the attitude from our concierge was that it had been passed off to reception and that they should have dealt with it. It took being quite unpleasant to even solicit an apology but we did not get a roll away rather had to make a bed from the patio furniture! When finally shown to the unit we were on a lower floor with a view of the construction crew outdoor washrooms. Again, after getting quite unpleasant we were finally moved up a few floors and on the other side with a beautiful view. The unit itself is lovely, but the constant construction noise gets irritating quickly. Also, it is quite far from all amenities and the shuttle does take time to arrive. Be prepared to wait up to 20 minutes. All in all it was not what we had hoped for, and feel that we could have had a better experience elsewhere.”

Great Potential

The Ocean Club Residence will be a beautiful resort once it is built out, but it is in the beginning stages of construction. The noise wasn't too bad, but it was definitely noticeable most days. Diamante is a great resort for golfers but not a lot of activity for non-golfers and it is a fair distance from the tourist side of Cabo. Great views and the staff were superb. Highly recommend a rental car if you plan on going into town more than once or twice. Food at the resort was good but the options were pretty limited. ”
