Top Line Luxury

We stayed at PGA West recently and the community is beautiful. The property was spacious and well outfitted with most every necessary, kitchen, utensil, etc. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spacious, the private outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee. The lanai overlooking the plunge pool/oversized Jacuzzi was shaded and had a fan on it. We never used the plumbed natural gas grill but it was available if needed. The opportunity for spacious executive living was evident throughout. We would definitely stay there again. All furniture was well cared for, not worn out. The only issue was the ice-maker was not working properly and so they provided us bagged ice which was perfectly fine. No big deal. It was a very nice property. Close to restaurants, but far enough to not be in the thick of things. We took daily walks and and shops or restaurants were just a few minutes away. I would stay again.”

We loved our stay at the residence club the home had great ac as it was very hot when we where there . The only issue was a resort fee $600 and we had to leave the main pool area at 5 pm until Thursday and weekends it stayed open until 7 . This was disappointing as it was so hot we really needed to use the pool . The house had a outdoor spa that worked well and BBQ also .”

Spool surprise

Loved staying here. Disappointed that the shared pool stayed opened till 7 pm only but having the heated pool spa in the back yard of the house more than made up for it. We were there for my niece who attended the Coachella fest. We were able to drop her off at the drop off which was only a few blocks away. She preferred to be drop off then wait in the parking lot for two hours after the concert to get out. She used the spa when she came home at 1 am. ”

I got confused with the listing being in la quinta -i thought we had access to all the amenities of la quinta- but there are many offshoots to the original resort, which is vast, and this listing is not part of that resort. Great stays

Love the place. Everything stocked up pretty well. However, we found a couple of small things that can improve our experience. The TV in the living room was not working. The internet was down for a couple of nights, so we have to wait until morning to get it restarted. Pointed out a couple of shutters and doorknobs that were loose. Other than those, everything was perfect. ”

Another Enjoyable Stay, But ...

Spacious Villa. Friendly staff. Back yard not as nice as our last stay. We learned Friday check-ins get units that don't have the full swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, etc as Thursday check-ins. Villas are a bit dark and dated, but very well kept and clean. Kitchens can be slightly better equipped. Noisy landscapers were there for 1 1/2 days starting at 6:40am ! But we enjoyed our stay. The clubhouse gym and pool are convenient and nice. ”

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was superb and always available to help. We loved the patio with very comfortable furniture and hot tub/small pool depending on how we wanted the temp. The kitchen had everything we needed and top of the line appliances. The house was beautiful with very spacious living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. The clubhouse was very nice! We used the workout room and the equipment was excellent. The swim pool was very nice and warm and had 2 x 25 yard lanes for lap swimming too. There were games in the clubhouse we could borrow. Had a terrific stay at the PGA West Residences during December 2024, along with plenty of nearby hiking trails. Over 100 golf courses to choose from in the county, and this particular home was large, comfortable, and very well-appointed. We loved the fire pit and large hot tub, and ate most of our meals during the week on the patio. The staff was super helpful and responsive too. Highly recommended!”

A lovely home in a gated community

This home in LaQuinta was lovely, spacious and well equipped with a hot tub, pretty yard and enormous kitchen, family room and dining room. The 2 master bedrooms were very large and the third bedroom is set apart from the others for more privacy and is smaller like a studio. Private garage and driveway. The staff in the office area of the community were helpful and informative and hosted a little party for guests (and owners?) when we arrived. Golf was one of our focuses when we visited and we weren't unhappy with the courses in the area. And the restaurants were very good though some of them were quite a drive from LaQuinta. ”

We stayed in this lovely, well maintained home in December 2023 right before Christmas. This a quiet time in Palm Springs and perfect for hiking which is what we like to do in the desert. The friends who joined us are golfers so they were in heaven. The home is beautiful with everything you need including a private hot tub. The club house was a nice addition. It has a large pool but December was a bit cool for swimming. We attended a nice welcome party there. I highly recommend this property.”

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this PGA home in lovely LaQuinta! Home has a great design and layout with all bedrooms completely private from one another. Living space is large, has a great flow and is very family friendly with a beautiful walk-out patio visible through an entire wall of glass. Doors easily glide open to a covered patio dining table, then an open patio with hot tub, firepit and more seating. Every amenity, appliance and utensil you would need is provided. Short walk to the clubhouse and you are at the pool and gym. This place is kept up beautifully and we would definitely stay again. Golf, of course, casino, great restaurants and shopping - all nearby. A great host answered every need. Stop Looking! This is the place!”

The stay was great . we felt the 350.00 for cleaning was excessive . Be aware that there is not a smart tv in the living room main area. bring your own Apple TV. devise or fire plug in. Very well appointed home within PGA West. The homes are fractional shared homes. Concierge and staff were very helpful. There was some construction noise but we were notified of that prior to booking. The pool,gym and grounds were very quiet and well maintained and beautiful. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. You do not have PGA West privileges when staying in the residences. For tennis and pickle ball you need to drive to public courts about 3 miles away. They can book a tee time on the Stadium golf course within PGA West. Overall we had a great time . ”

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The two large bedrooms off of the main living/dining area are large with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms, and the third bedroom is a separate attached casita with an en suite bathroom. The villa is beautifully furnished and offers indoor-outdoor living through the sliding glass doors that open to the patio and jacuzzi. As it was quite warm in early May we turned off the heat in the jacuzzi and used it as a plunge pool which was refreshing. The community pool area adjacent to the clubhouse is large with comfortable lounge chairs. The staff is friendly and very helpful and made restaurant reservations for us prior to arrival. ”

PGA West exceeded our expectations. The villa was meticulously clean and felt brand new. The residence was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (every kitchen supply as well as bathroom amenities). It was spacious inside and out - with a brand new grill, large plunge pool, fire pit and breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Susan - at the concierge's desk was so lovely and happy to help. 25 min from Palm Springs - it was a great jumping off point for us for all area activities. A trip to Joshua Tree is a must! The service at PGA was great - was originally looking for a Palm Springs vacation as this was our first time to the area, but we liked the La Quinta location for our family. House was like new and spacious, we did not even use the Casita extra bedroom. There is a large clubhouse pool which was empty most of the time. My only wish was it was windy the week we were there and wish they cleaned our little jaccuzzi pool so we would have used it, but that is it. Overall, a great stay!”

Desert at it's best

The house is everything you'd expect from a 3rd Home property and more. Beautiful furnishings, gorgeous great room, and three equal master suites. Patio doors disappear and the entire home is open to the outdoors. The large jetted spa on the patio was a perfect size for our nieces to play in while we enjoyed the lovely view of the mountains. The kitchen was fully equipped, you can truly live here. The staff was lovely and made sure we knew how things worked, like the TV's and fireplaces. We were invited to an Easter brunch at the clubhouse with our whole brood and it was delicious and fun. We highly recommend a visit to the Living Desert and the Jackalope Ranch restaurant. ”

I loved the huge jacuzzi outside with the gas fireplace right next to it. Definitely felt like living in the lap of luxury! It is a 3 bedroom but we didn't find the 3rd room til the next day because we checked in after hours, and it's a separate detached casita. It was amazing and I would definitely go back! Staff was amazing. Everything was as expected ”

Every aspect of this property is impeccably maintained with an excellent staff to watch over your every need. Take time to relax by the resort style pool, use the workout equipment and plan your activities with the helpful and knowledgeable staff. In addition to the many options available for a round of golf, there are many other things to do in the La Quinta/Palm Springs area, including: Palm Springs Air Museum, General Patton Memorial Museum, Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, Palm Canyon, lots of great restaurants and hiking opportunities, the list goes on and on. Customer service from beginning in confirming our reservation, to the very end, in following up on our stay was excellent. We had no issues or required assistance from the Concierge but knew we could obtain help at just a moment's notice. PGA West is just one of several gated communities in this La Quinta golf resort area. There is security 24/7 and the grounds and clubhouse are impeccably maintained. Our villa was sparkling clean, thoroughly stocked and ready for our arrival. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful, well supplied with L'Occitane bath and body products and large walk-in closet. Bed linens and bath towels were plentiful and of excellent quality. The home we stayed in was furnished very similarly to the one we previously reserved last year. It consisted of two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a separate casita. 6 guests would be very comfortable here and would enjoy privacy as well. The kitchen was well equipped and we used the gas grill as well as the oven to prepare several of our dinners at the residence. One evening we had guests over for dinner and this home is great for entertaining. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing visit in the desert -- a retreat from the harsh winter at home! Wonderful stay and experience at PGA West

The Residence Club at PGA West is a great place to stay. The homes are well designed, beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. Each has their own plunge pool to cool off during the day or enjoy as a spa in the evening. The Clubhouse has a workout facility, spacious pool area and provides coffee, juice and snacks throughout the day. It's well appointed and a nice place to relax. I would welcome the opportunity to stay at the Residence Club again and again. The staff are helpful and friendly and the homes are some of the nicest we've ever stayed at.”

Awesome views

The place was perfect and the staff were great. They took care of us just like we were old friends. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub/pool and fire pit that were right outside the back door. Golf courses were beautiful. Restaurants were close and very nice. We ate outside every night. Hope to go back soon!! Desert Delight!

We have been visiting the Palm Springs area for over 20 years and have stayed in a variety of resort accommodations. Our villa in PGA West exceeded all expectations and was lovely. The villa was beautifully furnished, well equipped and included amenities usually offered by a fine resort. The master bedroom/bathroom suite was very comfortable in all respects. We especially enjoyed the hot tub/pool, fire pit and al fresco dining. All three bedroom suites are nice size, have their own bathrooms and the layout is conducive for privacy. 3 couples would be quite comfortable in the villa. The concierge was very helpful in advance of our arrival and the check-in procedure went smoothly. Our only other comment is this villa, along with the several others being offered by 3rd Home, is not really a "second" home. There is no one owner that lives part of the time in this villa nor are there any personal touches that make you feel like you are visiting in someone's home. We have been told all villas are furnished the same and have similar layouts and exterior views. The villa assigned to you is controlled by inventory management at PGA West Residence Club so consequently the physical villa unit and property address is provided only a few days before arrival. This set up did not detract from the home but it would have been helpful to know that in advance, especially when looking at pictures on the website. Overall, we were most pleased with our stay through 3rd Home. Richard and Susan”

Fantastic Property and Service

The Residences at PGA WEST are large, luxurious, comfortable and well appointed. This was the perfect destination for a family gathering. Your home has everything you need inside, and includes a private patio and large hot tub in the back. Plus there is a workout room and swimming pool serving all the owners on site. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the service is excellent. The La Quinta area offers great restaurants, golf, tennis, and other outdoor activities. It is highly recommended.”

Fabulous!!!!

This was our second opportunity in three months to enjoy The Residence Club and PGA West. We intend to return in May. In addition to exploring the endless choice of fantastic golf courses surrounding the Club (we played for seven consecutive days), the Palm Springs International Film Festival was "happening." There always seems to be interesting events to attend while in the Coachella Valley. Treat yourself and your friends to The Residence Club and PGA West.”

Great house floor plan

This was a great vacation spot. The housing was wonderful, all the help at this location did a great job of making us feel welcomed for sure. The house plan was great. Only thing that could have been a problem was that we thought we had a house with 3 Kings, it turned out to be 2 kings and 2 twins. Lucky for us that the 3rd couple was unable to come. Thanks again. Hope we can visit again soon. Great golf, not so good mnt biking.”

This was an amazing trip. The house is just beautiful!! There were just 3 of us and we had huge rooms. We definitely could have doubled up. The kitchen is state of the art. We love to cook and entertain and the house was just perfect for our cocktail party. We also love the large hot tub out back. We are big golfers so playing at PGA and other neighboring golf courses just made the trip!! Just loved everything!!”

Luxury Living in PGA West

The PGA West Residence Club is a high end luxury development. The homes are spacious and spread out so that you get a very private and peaceful experience. The property is immaculately maintained. We have stayed here several times and will be going back again. Make the time to visit Joshua Tree National Park, only 1 hour away from PGA West. This is also a golfers Mecca with more terrific courses than anywhere else in the world.”
