Deer Valley Powder Run | Walk to Ski Lifts and Children's Center

This beautiful home was completely remodeled in 2018 and is located in the Powder Run "A" Building which is the closest of three buildings to the ski lift, just 150 yards away.

As you enter the home, you will be impressed by the warm wood floors, high ceilings, and stone fireplace. Natural details throughout create an earthy ambiance to match the surrounding beauty. The kitchen is bright with stainless steel appliances and a center island perfect for prepping your favorite meal. Break bread at the large dining table.

The open-concept floor plan allows you to move quickly into the spacious family room with a gorgeous fireplace, comfortable leather seating, a large Smart TV, and ski run views. Head out onto the balcony for great outdoor living. The covered patio boasts lounge seating and a private hot tub where you can watch skiers at Success, and Big Stick ski runs at lower Deer Valley. There is also a powder room perfect for guests.

When you are ready to retire for the night, head to one of the two well-appointed bedrooms. The first suite offers a king-sized bed, television, and a newly renovated ensuite with a bath and a walk-in shower. The second suite is just as large as the main master suite and boasts a king-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk, ideal for those traveling with children. The en suite offers a spacious vanity and a walk-in shower.

Walk out of the Powder Run A Building door, and you're just a 1-minute walk to the ski lifts, ski school, and ski rentals. Deer Valley Resort has been voted the #1 Ski Resort in North America six times by Ski Magazine, and it is known for its unbeatable amenities and flawlessly groomed runs. It hosts the World Cup Freestyle Championships and a summer concert series performed under the stars. In 2002 it was one of the venues for the Winter Olympics.

The St. Regis Hotel is located right next door. You can take its funicular to the top for apres ski drinks or dinner. Free bus service is available just outside the building door and in front of the Snow Park (Day) Lodge. It will take you anywhere inside Park City, including Main Street in Old Town (only 5 minutes away), where many of the most loved restaurants and shops are located. The Town Lift is only 6 minutes away and will take you to the Park City Mountain Resort for snowboarding and skiing.

For those traveling with children, the location is perfect! The Deer Valley Children's Center has its own designated entryway as part of the Snow Park Lodge. It offers supervision and activities for ages two months to 12 years old from 8:30 AM to their 4:30 PM pick-up time. They offer everything from daycare to ski school. It's a state-licensed facility. The Children's Center is only a 1 minute's walk from the Building.
