The downstairs family room has been converted into a kids' sleeping open bedroom area/recreation room with two twin bunk beds (four sleeping berths) and a full-size sofabed, as well as a smart TV with game console, a junior pool table that can be converted into a junior ping pong table or multi-user computer gaming or card table. This recreation room as well as two downstairs ensuite bedrooms open to the downstairs deck which has a bar table and a large hot tub facing the lake.

Whip up hearty meals in the simple but well-stocked kitchen, and gather at the eight-seat dining table before a wall of windows. Mix drinks at the wet bar set beside a two-seat bistro table.

The spacious master bedroom suite is upstairs and boasts a king bed, a full-sized sofabed, a 55in TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate jacuzzi bathtub.

The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed and lower deck access. A third bedroom downstairs offers a queen bed and lower deck access directly to the outdoor hot tub. Step out to the upper-level deck for breathtaking lake views. There's seating for seven around a dining table and two grils - one propane BBQ and one Traeger smoker, as well as a separate propane powered firepit table. A lower-level deck with large hot tub and bar facing the lake also has stairs that lead to a luxury hammerhead boat pier (shared with the adjacent neighbor) and an amazing backyard with full lake views, 100 feet of lake frontage off a private beach, a private cove, a large cave and trails. (The boat lift on the pier is occupied by the owner's boat in the summer but a nearby mooring buoy is available for guest tie-off; it requires a guest-supplied dinghy or raft for access.)
