July 2026Exceptional Home
We absolutely loved our stay in Osterville! The location of this home is truly priceless. Being so close to Joshua Pond, with the pond within walking distance and the beach just a short drive or bike ride away, made it incredibly easy to enjoy everything we love about the Cape. We also fell in love with the little town of Osterville. It has such a charming, relaxed feel, with wonderful shops, restaurants, and everything we needed close by. We honestly never felt the need to leave town! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also so thoughtfully stocked for enjoying the Cape, including beach chairs, boogie boards, and lawn games. The kids especially loved all of the animals and birds around the property, which made the setting feel extra special. Diane was absolutely lovely to correspond with from beginning to end. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel very comfortable staying in her home. We also loved all of her beautiful flowers — they added so much charm and character to the property. One of our favorite parts of the house was the back deck. It was the perfect spot for family dinners after a day at the beach and for relaxing with a nightcap once the kids settled in. We spent so much time out there enjoying the peaceful setting. This was exactly the kind of Cape Cod stay we were hoping for — charming, comfortable, beautifully located, and incredibly welcoming. We would absolutely love to stay here again! ”

August 2026A Must Stay
This house and host are simply amazing! Very comfortable and well cared for home with top amenities.. Great location, safe biking with little kids to beach, brought our paddle board and used at the local lake where we saw turtles and fish. Host is ultra responsive! ”
