Set on approximately one acre in North Phoenix near the Sonoran Desert Preserve, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home accommodates up to six registered guests. Mountain and desert views surround the property, while neighborhood access to hiking trails, nearby shopping and major freeways makes it easy to explore the greater Phoenix area.

The open living and dining spaces center around a gas fireplace and connect with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an eight-burner stove, double oven, large island, coffee bar and instant hot-water dispenser. A breakfast nook and dedicated workspace provide additional flexibility, while central air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer are also provided.

The primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and double shower with no-step entry. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has two twin beds. The single-level home has no interior stairs, and both full bathrooms include step-free showers.

Outdoor living centers around the private 20x40-foot swimming pool and oversized 10x10-foot hot tub. The pool is unheated and is generally most comfortable from May through September, while the hot tub is heated year-round. Two covered patios, outdoor dining, a Blackstone grill and covered firepit seating area provide additional space outside. Pool and hot tub hours are 8:00 a.m. to midnight and are unavailable overnight for cleaning and system operation.

A separate casita adjacent to the property is occupied by full-time residents. The casita and main residence are separate, allowing privacy between the two living spaces.

The Phoenix Sonoran Preserve is accessible from the neighborhood for desert hiking and biking, while shopping and dining are approximately six minutes away. Golf, pickleball and other outdoor recreation are available throughout the surrounding area, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about 30 minutes away. A vehicle is recommended.
