Designed for families and groups, the home blends rustic character with generous gathering spaces, creating a comfortable base for exploring southern Utah’s dramatic landscapes.

The main living area is centered around a great room with walls of windows that frame the surrounding mountain views. A fully stocked kitchen with double ovens and a large island with seating for eight keeps the space connected, allowing guests to prepare meals while staying part of the conversation. From the kitchen and great room, doors open to an expansive 2,000-square-foot deck with a barbecue and outdoor dining areas for up to 12 guests.

The home offers a flexible bedroom layout designed for both adults and children. The main-floor primary suite features a king bed, TV/DVD, and a walk-in shower with vertical spa shower heads. A second bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed and private balcony. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds and twin sleeper chairs, while the bunk and game room includes two twin bunk beds, a queen futon, two oversized couches, an entertainment center, TV/DVD, and surround sound.

Indoor gathering spaces continue with a loft area equipped with a TV/DVD, offering another place to unwind after a day of hiking, sightseeing, or exploring the region. The upper balcony deck provides a quiet outdoor escape with views toward the surrounding mountains and night skies, making it a natural place to relax in the evening.

Family getaway

We chose this home to accommodate our extended family, many of whom were older. The views were gorgeous and it's proximity to great hiking and small towns meant there was something for everyone. It was the last real vacation we had before the Covid shut downs began which made it that much more special that we were all able to be together for the last time in nearly two years. The home is well-equipped and very comfortable. ”
