Good location with pools and gym in the complex

We had a great time there for a week. It’s a 10 minutes walk to Vanderbilt Beach. The home has attached common pool, spa and gym. Many good restaurants are closeby. Code access to the gate and home is easy, as well as parking. The home is well appointed and well stocked, with a view to the sunset from the private deck. The owner is responsive and very helpful. Naples is a wonderful small city, filled with restaurants and small beaches, not too crowded in the prime season of early March.”

We love staying at this property. The unit is well equipped with everything you need and comfortable for our family and teens who want their own rooms! Beach is just a short walk away and with two pools to enjoy as well. We’ve seen manatees off the docks while fishing too! ”

Wonderful stay in Naples

We absolutely loved our stay in this Naples condo. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and wonderful beaches. The condo is large and well appointed, and it has a large balcony with western exposure allowing you to enjoy the famous sunsets of Naples. Ellen was a wonderful host, friendly and personably, and she provided very helpful recommendations. If you’d like a little sun and sand, this is a great choice!”

Ellen was incredibly helpful and responsive to all questions. It is a large unit with a great balcony. The balcony is screened in which I am sure is very valuable at certain times of the year. There is a direct view of the harbor and a view of the ocean from 2-3 blocks away. It is an easy walk to a great beach with lots of sea shells. Our only issues were with gates and doors. On arrival and for the first couple of days the main door to the complex wouldn't open. We were able to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor and obtain entry. One night the entry gate wouldn't open after the guard had left and we had to pay to park on the street. I'm sure these were one off situations and didn't diminish our enjoyment in the condo.”

A Great Getaway!

My husband and I had a great time at Ellen’s lovely condo. I reached out to her a few times with questions, and she responded immediately & was a great host. She was very helpful, even offering to recommend restaurants and things to do. The location is wonderful with many shops and restaurants nearby and all types of food. We made dining reservations through OpenTable a month before we went, which was great, because all restaurants were pretty booked. Our only disappointment was that the restaurants at the Ritz Carlton next door were still closed from the hurricane. The beach was open, but there were warning signs about possible debris in the sand, so shoes were recommended for walks on the beach at all times. We dined at many amazing restaurants and the shopping down there is top-notch. It was a great getaway from our cold grey Michigan winters. We loved it and would definitely go back there again”

Absolutely Perfect —- LOCATION and SPACE

Excellent and easy communication with owners. They were SO nice and accommodating. The building is so safe and in a great location — walking distance to the beach and everything you need is nearby. The condo has everything you need ( beach chairs, towels, coolers….) It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The condo is super spacious and could accommodate 6. We are so grateful for the opportunity to stay here! Thank you, Ellen and family for giving us a wonderful week at the beach! ”

Perfect quick stay to visit family for Christmas!

The weather was not very cooperative (cold) and poor Naples is still dealing with hurricane damage, but we just needed a place to stay to visit family for Christmas! Perfect location, a block from beach and it literally opened the week before we arrived at our point. The hostess was so gracious and kind - and has a very fun condo! We will be sure to return.”

Best Beach in Naples!

We had another fantastic stay at The Regatta in Naples over July 4th! Ellen the owner was wonderful, very quick to answer any questions and super helpful with suggestions about the area. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a lovely view of the Gulf from the screened deck. It’s a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach where you can rent beach chairs & umbrellas and enjoy lunch and cocktails at The Ritz Beach Club. Perfect Location with lots to do!

Perfect location! Just a short walk to the beach. The pools were not over crowded and we could easily find chairs anytime of the day. The condo has everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. A must stay in Naples with very attentive owners. A beautiful condo with all the comforts of home. A quick walk to the beach for a day of fun in the sun or a relaxed day at one of 2 pools. Finish off your day with a gorgeous sunset from your Lani followed by dinner at one of many close restaurants. Come for a stay and you might never want to leave!!”

We had a wonderful stay at the Regatta Condo. The location is perfect for going to the beach. A beautiful state park is a short drive/bike ride away. This three bedroom condo is within walking distance to the beach and across the street from the Ritz Carlton. A prime location in Naples that is also close to all amenities. Ellen the owner, was very communicative prior, during, and after our stay and provided many suggestions to do throughout our stay!
