A respectful and classy restoration among the Tuscan hills

Everything was very well-kept and stylish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would have preferred a larger bathroom and a table in the apartment where we could eat, but for a few days you can enjoy the excellent restaurant. Breakfast is rather limited for Italians, but that's understandable given the almost exclusively foreign guests. ”

Incredible stay!!!

Just leaving Borgo San Vincenzo now and feeling so sad that we had to depart. Scott and Shannon have created an oasis at their property; the grounds are meticulous and so well planned, the food was absolutely delicious, the rooms were super spacious with great AC and all details thought of for a home away from home. The pool was amazing- we spent hours in it soaking in the Tuscan sun and enjoying the delicious ice cold wines from the region. There are so many thoughtful details it is hard to capture them all, but as an example Scott and Shannon offer water from their well bottled on site everywhere, from the pool to the restaurant to the rooms, and it is a small touch that demonstrates how thoughtful they are as hosts and how they have nailed hospitality (and is of course “green” which is so wonderful to see). They truly have made Borgo San Vincenzo a showcase for the Tuscan region and had no limit of suggestions for things to do. We loved, LOVED our stay and hope to be back again soon!! ”

Great Boutique Hotel and fabulous on site restaurant

We enjoyed the pampering by staff in our villa-like, suite in the restored structure surrounded by vineyards. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and not too expensive. You’ll need a rental car, but then all of Tuscany and Umbria is open for exploring!”

A Wonderful Tuscan Experience

This renovated Tuscan estate is stunning. Set in the foothills of Montepulciano and surrounded by vineyards, I don’t think you can find a more private, authentic experience in Tuscany. The staff is friendly and attentive, so every need is accommodated. The on property restaurant offers a wonderful dinning experience and the wide selection of craft cocktails are expertly prepared by experienced mixologists. The hosts have created a beautiful oasis that I hope to visit again very soon. ”
