Kerem Villas is a luxury four-villa complex in the Plai Laem neighbourhood on a rocky beach on Thailand’s Koh Samui island.

Villa Muscat is perched on the upper terrace level (up and behind the beachfront villas). The villa has three-bedroom suites. Each suite includes a private balcony, soundproof walls, blackout curtains, a large flat-screen TV, and a private safe.

The extra-large master also includes a seating area with a queen-size pull-out couch, making the Muscat suitable for six adult guests or eight if the additional guests are children.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining room feature full-size appliances and accordion doors opening onto a small terrace with oak lounge furniture and an infinity swimming pool.

Each villa has access to the shared private beach down several steps. The shared areas on the Kerem property also include the streetside entrance, parking area, and fully equipped gym.
