Your luxury vacation home at The Residence Club at PGA West is Spanish Colonial architecture at its finest, designed with stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
The home is fully furnished and decorated in warm earth tones. There are two master suites and a guest casita with a private entrance, a gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances, state of the art electronics and high-speed internet, a two-car garage and a splendid great room that seamlessly opens to the magic of the desert beyond. A spacious patio hosts an inviting plunge pool, BBQ and fire pit with surrounding seating - perfect for those starry nights.
Concierge and bell services ensure that your every whim - from tee times to dinner reservations to pre-arrival grocery shopping - is dispatched with the utmost efficiency.
THIRDHOME members enjoy access to five championship courses: PGA West Jack Nicklaus Tournament, PGA West Stadium Golf, PGA West Greg Norman, La Quinta Resort Mountain and La Quinta Resort Dunes. Members also have access to the Owners Clubhouse with a beautifully appointed lounge, covered patio, and a refreshing pool with lap lanes. There is also a fully equipped fitness center and locker rooms for your convenience.

Guests must contact the Concierge at the Club prior to arrival for entry arrangements and further information.
Be advised that arriving before 7 pm Guests will be buzzed in by the front desk. Guests planning to arrive after 7 pm, please communicate with the front desk prior to 7 pm on the day of arrival. The concierge will give you instructions on how to access through the gate, access your villa, etc.
The Residence Club at PGA West will send an email 24 hours prior to arrival, for those arriving after 7 pm, with access information, villa number, and directions to the villa. It will also include a friendly reminder to come up to the Front Desk in the AM to check in and receive any necessary instructions.
*Please note that the golf courses undergo yearly maintenance from September to November. Golfing may be limited during these dates.

The internet was down for a couple of nights, so we have to wait until morning to get it restarted. Pointed out a couple of shutters and doorknobs that were loose. Spacious Villa. Friendly staff. Back yard not as nice as our last stay. We learned Friday check-ins get units that don't have the full swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, etc as Thursday check-ins. Villas are a bit dark and dated, but very well kept and clean. Kitchens can be slightly better equipped. Noisy landscapers were there for 1 1/2 days starting at 6:40am ! But we enjoyed our stay. The clubhouse gym and pool are convenient and nice. ”

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was superb and always available to help. We loved the patio with very comfortable furniture and hot tub/small pool depending on how we wanted the temp. The kitchen had everything we needed and top of the line appliances. The house was beautiful with very spacious living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. The clubhouse was very nice! We used the workout room and the equipment was excellent. The swim pool was very nice and warm and had 2 x 25 yard lanes for lap swimming too. There were games in the clubhouse we could borrow. Over 100 golf courses to choose from in the county, and this particular home was large, comfortable, and very well-appointed. This home in LaQuinta was lovely, spacious and well equipped with a hot tub, pretty yard and enormous kitchen, family room and dining room. The 2 master bedrooms were very large and the third bedroom is set apart from the others for more privacy and is smaller like a studio. Private garage and driveway. The staff in the office area of the community were helpful and informative and hosted a little party for guests (and owners?) when we arrived. Golf was one of our focuses when we visited and we weren't unhappy with the courses in the area. And the restaurants were very good though some of them were quite a drive from LaQuinta. ”

We stayed in this lovely, well maintained home in December 2023 right before Christmas. This a quiet time in Palm Springs and perfect for hiking which is what we like to do in the desert. The friends who joined us are golfers so they were in heaven. The home is beautiful with everything you need including a private hot tub. The club house was a nice addition. It has a large pool but December was a bit cool for swimming. We attended a nice welcome party there. I highly recommend this property.”

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this PGA home in lovely LaQuinta! Home has a great design and layout with all bedrooms completely private from one another. Living space is large, has a great flow and is very family friendly with a beautiful walk-out patio visible through an entire wall of glass. Doors easily glide open to a covered patio dining table, then an open patio with hot tub, firepit and more seating. Every amenity, appliance and utensil you would need is provided. Short walk to the clubhouse and you are at the pool and gym. This place is kept up beautifully and we would definitely stay again. Golf, of course, casino, great restaurants and shopping - all nearby. A great host answered every need. Stop Looking! This is the place!”

Very well appointed home within PGA West. The homes are fractional shared homes. Concierge and staff were very helpful. There was some construction noise but we were notified of that prior to booking. The pool,gym and grounds were very quiet and well maintained and beautiful. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. You do not have PGA West privileges when staying in the residences. For tennis and pickle ball you need to drive to public courts about 3 miles away. They can book a tee time on the Stadium golf course within PGA West. Overall we had a great time . ”

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The two large bedrooms off of the main living/dining area are large with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms, and the third bedroom is a separate attached casita with an en suite bathroom. The villa is beautifully furnished and offers indoor-outdoor living through the sliding glass doors that open to the patio and jacuzzi. As it was quite warm in early May we turned off the heat in the jacuzzi and used it as a plunge pool which was refreshing. The community pool area adjacent to the clubhouse is large with comfortable lounge chairs. The staff is friendly and very helpful and made restaurant reservations for us prior to arrival. ”

The residence was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (every kitchen supply as well as bathroom amenities). Wir haben im April 2017 in den PGA West Residences gewohnt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit, und die Unterkunft bot alles, was man braucht. Von den Schlafzimmern über die Küche bis hin zur Außenterrasse und dem begehbaren Pool war alles sehr komfortabel und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die beiden Master-Suiten verfügen über große Badewannen, die perfekt zum Entspannen sind. Wir konnten auch das Fitnessstudio und das Sportbecken im Clubhaus nutzen, was ideal war, um unter der Woche etwas Sport zu treiben. Es war ein fantastischer Kurzurlaub, und ich freue mich darauf, bald wiederzukommen. ”

Der Service bei PGA war großartig – ursprünglich hatten wir nach einem Urlaub in Palm Springs gesucht, da wir zum ersten Mal in der Gegend waren, aber der Standort in La Quinta hat uns für unsere Familie sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war neuwertig und geräumig, wir haben das zusätzliche Schlafzimmer in der Casita gar nicht genutzt. Es gibt einen großen Pool im Clubhaus, der die meiste Zeit leer war. Mein einziger Wunsch wäre gewesen, dass es in der Woche, in der wir dort waren, nicht so windig gewesen wäre, und dass sie unseren kleinen Whirlpool gereinigt hätten, damit wir ihn hätten nutzen können, aber das war’s auch schon. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt!“

Das Haus bietet alles, was man von einer „3rd Home“-Immobilie erwartet, und noch mehr. Wunderschöne Einrichtung, ein herrlicher Wohnbereich und drei gleichwertige Master-Suiten. Die Terrassentüren lassen sich ganz öffnen, sodass das gesamte Haus zum Außenbereich hin offen ist. Der große Whirlpool auf der Terrasse hatte die perfekte Größe für unsere Nichten zum Spielen, während wir den herrlichen Blick auf die Berge genossen. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet – hier kann man wirklich leben. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns erklärt, wie alles funktioniert, zum Beispiel die Fernseher und die Kamine. Wir wurden mit unserer ganzen Familie zu einem Osterbrunch im Clubhaus eingeladen, der köstlich war und viel Spaß gemacht hat. Wir empfehlen wärmstens einen Besuch im Living Desert und im Restaurant Jackalope Ranch. ”

Der riesige Whirlpool im Freien mit dem Gas-Kamin direkt daneben hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, in purem Luxus zu leben! Es handelt sich um eine Unterkunft mit drei Schlafzimmern, aber das dritte Zimmer haben wir erst am nächsten Tag entdeckt, da wir außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten eingecheckt haben – es ist eine separate, freistehende Casita. Es war fantastisch und ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Das Personal war großartig. Alles war genau wie erwartet.

Januar 2015EIN WUNDERBARER, ENTSPANNENDER AUFENTHALT IN DER WÜSTE...
Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im PGA West, das mehrere „Third Home“-Residenzen bietet, die alle denselben Grundriss aufweisen und durchgehend professionell eingerichtet sind. Der Kundenservice war von Anfang an – bei der Bestätigung unserer Reservierung – bis zum Schluss – bei der Nachbetreuung unseres Aufenthalts – ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten keine Probleme und benötigten keine Hilfe vom Concierge, wussten aber, dass wir jederzeit sofort Unterstützung erhalten hätten. PGA West ist nur eine von mehreren bewachten Wohnanlagen in diesem Golfresortgebiet in La Quinta. Es gibt einen 24/7-Sicherheitsdienst, und die Außenanlagen sowie das Clubhaus sind makellos gepflegt. Unsere Villa war blitzsauber, bestens ausgestattet und bereit für unsere Ankunft. Die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind wunderschön, gut mit Pflegeprodukten von L'Occitane ausgestattet und verfügen über große begehbare Kleiderschränke. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Das Haus, in dem wir wohnten, war sehr ähnlich eingerichtet wie das, das wir letztes Jahr gebucht hatten. Es bestand aus zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmern und Badezimmern sowie einer separaten Casita. 6 Gäste würden sich hier sehr wohlfühlen und auch ihre Privatsphäre genießen können. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, und wir nutzten sowohl den Gasgrill als auch den Backofen, um mehrere unserer Abendessen in der Residenz zuzubereiten. An einem Abend hatten wir Gäste zum Abendessen zu Besuch, und dieses Haus eignet sich hervorragend für gesellige Runden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren, entspannten Aufenthalt in der Wüste – eine Auszeit vom strengen Winter zu Hause! Wir freuen uns darauf, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen. Der Residence Club im PGA West ist eine großartige Unterkunft. Die Häuser sind gut gestaltet, wunderschön eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Jedes verfügt über einen eigenen kleinen Pool, in dem man sich tagsüber abkühlen oder abends entspannen kann. Das Clubhaus bietet einen Fitnessbereich, einen großzügigen Poolbereich sowie den ganzen Tag über Kaffee, Saft und Snacks. Es ist gut ausgestattet und ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wieder und wieder im Residence Club zu übernachten. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich, und die Häuser gehören zu den schönsten, in denen wir je übernachtet haben.“

Wir besuchen die Gegend um Palm Springs seit über 20 Jahren und haben bereits in verschiedenen Resort-Unterkünften übernachtet. Unsere Villa in PGA West hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen und war einfach herrlich. Die Villa war wunderschön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und bot Annehmlichkeiten, wie man sie normalerweise in einem gehobenen Resort vorfindet. Die Hauptschlafzimmersuite mit eigenem Bad war in jeder Hinsicht sehr komfortabel. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der Whirlpool/Pool, die Feuerstelle und das Essen im Freien. Alle drei Schlafzimmersuiten haben eine angenehme Größe, verfügen über eigene Badezimmer und die Raumaufteilung fördert die Privatsphäre. 3 Paare würden sich in der Villa sehr wohlfühlen. Der Concierge war bereits vor unserer Ankunft sehr hilfsbereit und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Unser einziger weiterer Anmerkung ist, dass diese Villa, ebenso wie die anderen von 3rd Home angebotenen Villen, nicht wirklich ein „Zweitwohnsitz“ ist. Es gibt keinen Eigentümer, der zeitweise in dieser Villa wohnt, und es gibt auch keine persönlichen Details, die einem das Gefühl geben, bei jemandem zu Hause zu Gast zu sein. Uns wurde gesagt, dass alle Villen gleich eingerichtet sind und ähnliche Grundrisse sowie Außenansichten aufweisen. Die Ihnen zugewiesene Villa wird vom Bestandsmanagement des PGA West Residence Club verwaltet, daher werden die konkrete Villa und die Adresse der Immobilie erst wenige Tage vor der Ankunft mitgeteilt. Diese Vorgehensweise hat den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt, aber es wäre hilfreich gewesen, dies im Voraus zu wissen, insbesondere beim Betrachten der Bilder auf der Website. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt über 3rd Home sehr zufrieden. Richard und Susan”

Die „Residences at PGA WEST“ sind großzügig geschnitten, luxuriös, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Dies war der perfekte Ort für ein Familientreffen. Ihr Apartment bietet innen alles, was man braucht, und verfügt über eine private Terrasse sowie einen großen Whirlpool im Hinterhof. Zudem gibt es einen Fitnessraum und einen Swimmingpool, die allen Eigentümern vor Ort zur Verfügung stehen. Das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich, und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Gegend um La Quinta bietet tolle Restaurants, Golf, Tennis und andere Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Sehr zu empfehlen.”

Dies war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt innerhalb von drei Monaten im „The Residence Club“ und im „PGA West“. Wir haben vor, im Mai wiederzukommen. Neben der Erkundung der schier unendlichen Auswahl an fantastischen Golfplätzen rund um den Club (wir haben sieben Tage hintereinander gespielt) fand gerade das Palm Springs International Film Festival statt. Im Coachella Valley gibt es offenbar immer interessante Veranstaltungen, die man besuchen kann. Gönnen Sie sich und Ihren Freunden einen Aufenthalt im „The Residence Club“ und im „PGA West“.

Das Einzige, was ein Problem hätte sein können, war, dass wir dachten, wir hätten ein Haus mit 3 Kingsize-Betten, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es 2 Kingsize-Betten und 2 Einzelbetten waren. Zum Glück für uns konnte das dritte Paar nicht kommen. Nochmals vielen Dank. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wiederkommen können. Tolles Golf, nicht so gutes Mountainbiken.“

Das war ein fantastischer Urlaub. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön!! Wir waren nur zu dritt und hatten riesige Zimmer. Wir hätten uns problemlos zu zweit in einem Zimmer unterbringen können. Die Küche ist auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Wir kochen und bewirten gerne Gäste, und das Haus war einfach perfekt für unsere Cocktailparty. Auch der große Whirlpool im Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind begeisterte Golfer, daher hat das Spielen auf dem PGA-Platz und anderen Golfplätzen in der Umgebung den Urlaub erst richtig perfekt gemacht!! Wir haben einfach alles geliebt!!”

Der beheizte Pool war ein wahrer Genuss, da er einen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über der beeindruckenden Landschaft bot und uns half, den herrlichen Nachthimmel in der kühlen Wüstenluft zu genießen. Der PGA West Residence Club ist eine hochwertige Luxusanlage. Die Häuser sind geräumig und weitläufig angelegt, sodass Sie hier viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe genießen können. Die Anlage ist makellos gepflegt. Wir haben hier schon mehrmals übernachtet und werden wiederkommen. Nehmen Sie sich Zeit für einen Besuch im Joshua-Tree-Nationalpark, der nur eine Stunde von PGA West entfernt liegt. Dies ist zudem ein Mekka für Golfer mit mehr fantastischen Plätzen als irgendwo sonst auf der Welt.
