Las Palmas 22 is a fully-staffed property and as such there is a $350 per day fee to cover these costs which includes:

We had an amazing time in this incredible Casa de Campo home. The staff was friendly and great, the home was very well kept, and the location is awesome! The owners were also very friendly and easy to work with. Everything was perfect. We love the DR and Casa de Campo, and certainly hope to visit again soon!”

Everything was 5 STAR.....the Villa, service, food, views, pool, resort, etc. We had 14 people in our group and the stay was truly AMAZING!!! The staff (property manager, chef, butler, maid, lawn keeper) was attentive, friendly and really good at what they do. Walkiria took great care of arranging everything for us, the food was spectacular, especially the DR meals and lobsters on the grill, the maid worked hard to keep up with all of us and the grounds were perfect. We would definitely come back in a heart beat.”

Our family, spanning three generations, had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property in Casa de Campo. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning landscape and the luxurious feel of the villa. The home’s design is truly unique, evoking the ambiance of a tropical resort seamlessly blended with nature. Surrounded by lush greenery and water that mimic natural lagoons, the villa boasts open-air corridors and expansive common areas, including the living and dining rooms. Each king-size bedroom is like a private bungalow, complete with an ensuite bathroom and its own terrace that opens directly to the pool. Despite the villa's spaciousness, it maintains a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to suit everyone. A true highlight was the outdoor area facing the 9th hole of the golf course, featuring a stunning infinity pool and jacuzzi. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything Casa de Campo has to offer, just a short golf cart ride away—from its golf courses, marina, restaurants, and shops, to the pristine Caribbean beach, Las Minitas. Our host and all the staff who assisted our group were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that every need was met and that we had everything necessary for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this property to any family or group seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Casa de Campo. We can’t wait to return!”
