Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Sea Ranch, CA, this vacation home is an ideal retreat for two families or 3-4 couples, offering a maximum occupancy of 8. With a newly added 360 sq. ft. loft, tasteful Sea Ranch/Pottery Barn decor, and a gourmet kitchen revamped in fall 2023, the house and detached casita provide a well-maintained and stylish escape. Panoramic ocean and garden views await on four decks, while an easy walk to Shell Beach and a private cul-de-sac location enhance the tranquil experience.
We need to let you know that the property immediately below our half acre lot have started a new home construction. Their work hours are 8a.m. to 4:30pm 6 days a week. We have no control over the construction.
Featuring three gas fireplaces, two HD TVs with DVR, a hot tub, and free wireless internet, the home ensures modern comforts. The main house accommodates 1 King, 1 Queen, and a top-of-the-line American Leather brand queen sofa bed in the loft, while the casita offers a separate master suite with its own deck, queen bed and gas fireplace.

Noteworthy for its bi-level design, the home's openness extends both inside and out, with a spacious, mowed area inviting outdoor activities like whiffle ball, soccer, bocce, frisbee, or kite flying.

Designed for comfort, the casita boasts spectacular views, and the solar effect on the vast front windows keeps the house warm on chilly days. Linens are provided, beds are made, and the kitchen is well-equipped with All-Clad style pots and pans, sharp knives, and an array of spices. Enjoy breathtaking views from the kitchen windows, and find relaxation on the couch or window seats, where wildlife sightings, including deer, hawks, turkeys, and foxes, are not uncommon.
