⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay in the 3-Bedroom Residence at The Chateaux was absolutely incredible! The residence is beautifully appointed, incredibly spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and cookware, making it perfect for preparing meals. One of our favorite features was the heated bathroom floors—such a luxurious touch! What truly sets The Chateaux apart, however, is the impeccable service. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The daily housekeeping is exceptional, and the evening turndown service makes you feel like you're staying in a world-class luxury hotel. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic, with a wonderful selection of fresh, high-quality options every morning. The shuttle service is another outstanding amenity, providing convenient transportation anywhere in the Beaver Creek area, so there is never a need to drive. The location simply couldn't be better—right in the heart of Beaver Creek, with easy access to skiing, dining, shopping, and everything the village has to offer. This was truly one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend The Residences at The Chateaux and can't wait to return!”

Top notch concierge services

We enjoyed our stay in this property! The concierge services were top notch! They assisted my family with nanny services, taking us to the ski slopes with a private guide at Alta mountain, booking our fly fishing with a private coach(Bennet) and all of our daily activities were very smooth and relaxing. The onsite private transportation was very, very convenient for our family given I have two little girls. The daily housekeeping 2x a day was also nice! We will return if we can! Lots of things to do for family with little kids! ”

We had a perfect Spring Break weekend in Deer Valley at The Chateaux. Staff was attentive, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Our first day on Deer Valley was slushy, so they set us up with several days on Alta and Snowbird. Then, a beautiful storm rolled in, and we had three of the best powder days imaginable. The resort was doing some remodeling, but the staff never missed a beat, with excellent dinner reservations and shuttle service to Park City whenever we needed it. Excellent home with great amenities. Would love to stay again. ”

Men's Trip

This one was for the guys : two uncles, three nephews. They had a blast -- and who wouldn't ? The residences are top notch with a location that cant be beat. Everything the "boys" could want -- steps to the slopes, close to fondue for lunch, wonderful housekeeping, lots of room to spread out and breakfast in the AM. Long Weekend in Park City

Freggin amazing. the staff at the chateaux is off the charts. so helpful and so nice and accommodating. the condo was spacious and so fun to have a group stay in. open kitchen to den is so nice as we all could hang out and reminisce about the days adventures. from eating the full Buffett amazing breakfast outside in the beautiful weather to hiking the most awesome trails to ebiking down to park city and back, it was all amazing. we definitely will come back more than once! Carol/Nigel/Teresa/Dan/James/Eileen/etc are such an amazing group of staff that makes your stay so easy and relaxed. the dinners they booked for our large group were perfect. High West was really cool to get a few drinks at. Can't wait until the next time! ”

The living / dining / kitchen area was very spacious and easily accommodated us. The facilities of the gym and club room were an added bonus especially the adjacency to the hotel and its amenities. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet. But above all that the concierge service from pre arrival through the course of our stay was hands down the very best I have enjoyed worldwide. We felt so pampered by the wonderful staff and special amenities they provided us throughout our stay. This is a ThirdHome gem. Our room was grand with 2 fireplaces, high end kitchen, 2 master suites, comfy beds, turn down service and daily cleaning and Lincoln Navigators to take us to town when ever we wanted and pick us back up. We ordered dinner out and the staff went and picked it up for us!”

Great location, great staff, and the unit itself was well appointed and very big, basically larger then many townhomes. Only downer was that the pool and many other common amenities were all under construction--something that was not disclosed until a month before our stay and well well after we had booked. We were able to use the pool across the street but it lost something in the convenience factor.”

The property is very spacious , it’s a small walk to the slopes. Everyone that works there give an excellent service, from bringing water, to fixing the fireplace at the same moment we asked. There is a big game room which the kids enjoyed everyday! We want to go back as soon as we can! ”

This place is top notch and the service is unmatched. They make everything so convenient. I looked forward to the breakfast they provided every morning in Cena (their restaurant). Ski rental is in the hotel and the lift is just across the street. They have a fleet of Escalades ready to take you anywhere you need to go. The cleaning crew comes twice a day and fully cleans everything. Their members lounge and teen game room is amazing. They also have a gym that is better than the one I go to at home. This was my tenth trip to Deer Valley and my second trip here, and it would be hard to go anywhere else and enjoy it as much. ”

A first class operation

My wife and I recently returned from a week at the Chateaux, and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful in every respect. Each and every one of them was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren, Park City residents living nearby, were treated royally during our stay, joining us for the night, being included at breakfast, and encouraged to use the pool, play and arcade rooms. The Chateaux set an incredibly high bar for other resorts in terms of professionalism and service. The three bedroom unit is clean and the housekeeping very responsive and non intrusive. The breakfasts were delicious and the drivers were prompt and courteous. The concierge staff worked in tandem to make our stay pleasurable and we recommend The Chateaux enthusiastically.”

Phenomenal customer service - highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping service twice per day and the occasional surprise goodies left in our room - cookies, muffins were very tasty. The property has many Escalade SUVs to drive you to and from the airport twice during your stay. Plus these Escalades are used to drive you to downtown Park City and to the Canyons ski resort as well as any errands you need to run to grocery stores or Starbucks. Only negative issue we experience was the noise from the unit above. The sound of people walking or moving furniture was quite noticeable in the room # 244 that we were in, Thankfully the staff we able to get the Residents in # 344 to be more cautious when walking and moving furniture late at night. But, since there were three bedrooms and TVs in every room it was easy to move away from the noise from the floor above. Maybe the Resort should consider not putting families in the higher floors or installing carpet over the tile floors. We loved our stay and would love to come back and stay at this wonderful property. The front desk staff was awesome. They made us feel like we were owners and family, I can not give them high enough praise. ”

From the pick up at the airport, the buffet breakfast every morning, the gorgeous and massive condo to the drop off at the airport; we had a great time. Beautiful Residences with Top Notch Service!

My husband & I plus another couple stayed at the residence in mid-July. From the moment we were met at the airport for our complimentary ride to the Chateaux, to the time we left, we were treated like royalty. The Concierges had helped us book dinner at some of the best restaurants in Park City and were eager to fill us in on some great hiking trails, places to see and things to do which included 2 outdoor concerts at the amphitheater. The complimentary breakfast each day, the manager's reception on Saturday, and the unlimited rides in the Escalades to town were also highlights. Our residence was absolutely gorgeous and had the most comfortable beds. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen and playing games at the card table in the living room. We truly felt like we were staying in a luxury chalet!! We definitely recommend that you book a stay at the Residences @ the Chateaux!!!! ”

It snowed on Thanksgiving as we prepped food, sled down the hills and played games in their game room. They provided chauffeurs who took us all around town. We enjoyed their jacuzzi's in the snow, the warm, underground reserved parking. The fitness center was great for the whole family of 8 to work out together then to enjoy the sauna and steam room. They provided breakfast every morning and turn down service daily. It was a perfect vacation spot!”

We had a great time at the residence in March, although the snow was absent without leave! in spite of what the locals described as the worst season for snow since the 1970's, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the apartment was large, spacious, and comfortable, but it is the staff who made our stay special. without doubt, and not wishing to blow too much smoke (after all, I do have a British reserve to maintain, ) without exception, every member of the team went out of their way to make us both welcome, and to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They are to be commended. The 2 ski-away days to Alta and Snowbird were an excellent inclusion in the weeks events. If I was being critical, whilst reference is made to a house keeping fee in the booking paperwork, it is not quantified until you come to check-out, and at $600, it came as a bit of a shock to the old system! - This didn't really detract from the stay, as we would be happy to return. Thanks again to the team, we look forward to seeing you again, the Pilgrim Family.”

We had no idea that this kind of customer service existed! While the facility is A+, it was really the amazing staff that made our trip so special. We enjoyed several scheduled events at the Residences, including a wildlife rescue group who brought in several types of owls and falcons. Definitely do not rent a car, as there are several Cadillac Escalades that will take you all over town. We we had such a great time, and hope we will be coming back regularly!”

Chateaux Great

This three bedroom unit was very spacious, well-appointed, and great for skiers. It is not ski in/ski out, as there is about a 300 yard walk to the slopes. Skis are kept at the slopes though so you do not have to carry anything. The concierge service is excellent. No need to rent a car in Salt Lake City as the Château will shuttle you to any local area. This service is prompt and we never had to wait. The breakfasts are great.”

The Residences at The Chateaux is one of the top resorts in the world, in my opinion, and I have seen a lot of them. The combination of 5 star service, amenities, the residences and Deer Valley makes it one of the best ski and summer resorts anywhere. We took our entire 3RD HOME team and no one has stopped talking about the experience yet! The staff there makes you feel like family and every detail is taken care of for you. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, The Residences at The Chateaux are an 11!!”

Spoiled in unparalleled luxury!

My wife and I just got back from our second honeymoon at the Chateaux Residences and there are few words that could match the experience. I think the magic in this place lies in all the little details, there are so many little things they do for you that really surprise you around every corner and make the experience grand. Here I mention a few of them they are not all but they are the ones that stuck in my mind the most and made the experience one I will never forget. From the shuttle airport pickup in an Escalade of their fleet, the ski rental shop on site, the ski lifts across the street, the complimentary ski locker services at the foot of the lift, the complimentary shuttle services within Park City, to the nightly turn down service with chocolates on the pillow, there is nothing more one could reasonably expect. But wait they are not done, the plush towel robes in the room are great to go to the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, or to simply sit around the room and enjoy the kitchen facilities, either of the fireplaces in the bedroom or the living room and specially for relaxing after a great day on the slopes. The staff were incredibly helpful everyone from the front desk, the drivers, the ski rental shop, the concierge every one seems dedicated exclusively to making your experience as enjoyable and comfortable as they possibly can. Having the ski rental shop right in the lobby is extremely convenient specially since my wife and I have never skied before they were extremely helpful making our first experience great and wanting us to go back for more. The Concierge was so helpful they helped us arrange our ski lessons, lift tickets, and recommended best times to book the lessons, the day to get the best snow, to wait to get acquainted with the altitude and much much more. We will most certainly be back for more, but now that we know the first time can be so easy, next time we will return with our kids. ”

Great location, walk across the street and you are at the ticket office and the ski lift. The room was decorated in a charming and rustic way with warm colors, a great place to return to after a day in the cold snow! The suite was very spacious, and we had 15 people over for pre-dinner drinks and there was still plenty of room. Service was top notch and the shuttle was great, complimentary transportation to and from any of the other resorts and Park City itself. Ate at Cena for dinner and had a fabulous meal which I would definitely recommend. ”
