- Member vs Renter: Please remember, you are a group member, not a “renter”. Veer has specific policies about rentals. We are a partner with THIRDHOME.
- Keys/Fobs: You will be provided with a set of keys with a door key and fob. It is $75 to replace them if lost.
- Mailbox: Please let us know if you would like access to the locked mailbox.
- Parking/Valet: Parking is valet only. There is no fee, but we know the people there appreciate tips.
- Security/Concierge: This team is very kind and helpful. They will retrieve packages from storage if you have something shipped to the unit.
- Email Alerts: If there is an alert from the HOA about maintenance or other news, we will forward it to you.
- Trash: There is a room with a trash chute in the hallway, follow posted rules.

- Pool: Proper attire required. No glass. No food near the water. No standing on the metal grates at the edge.
- Fitness Center: Age 16+, gym shoes required, no food or cell phones allowed.
- Smoking/Vaping: There is no smoking/vaping anywhere in the unit or common areas. Security can direct you to a dedicated smoking area outside.
- Noise: Noise should be kept to a reasonable level. If you can hear it from the hallway it is too loud.
- Smell: Strong scents are not permitted. No candles or air fragrances that can be detected outside the unit.

Vegas Baby!

A new and better way to do Vegas. First off all Tony is the most gracious host. Super helpful, accommodating and organized. He has YouTube Videos he has made detailing how to use the property, brilliant! We are doing this for our properties. Location could not be better, you are in the middle of the strip but also in a quiet residential neighborhood. Central to all things City Center. Place is clean, efficient and comfortable. We will be going back again and again. Might buy a place at the Veer? Oh and as advertised the complimentary coffee machine on floor 37, simply the best. You can pay $2K a night at the Wynn and it’s lovely or you can unwind in Toney’s place. We choose the latter. Thank You Toney! ”

Enjoyed the Amenities

Tony provided great instructions in preparation for our stay. His recommendations for use of the buildings amenities (lounge, gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room) were spot on! The location was awesome, right off Las Vegas Blvd, between Aria and Cosmo. So easy to enjoy all that Vegas has to offer. Our only complaint was the window shades did not block out the night lights of Vegas. Despite that, we really had a great stay!! Highly recommended!”
