        Here’s a polished, generic review you can use: Our stay in the presidential two-bedroom suite at Grand Solmar Land's End Resort & Spa was truly memorable. The suite itself was stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that made every moment feel special. The activity staff were engaging and brought great energy to the resort. Our family especially loved the pool area—the swing and slide were a huge hit and added a fun, unique touch. While the resort isn’t very large or packed with nonstop activities, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. We found it ideal to mix in a few excursions, which really elevated the trip. We booked both a snorkeling tour and a sunset cruise through Cabo Adventures, and they were incredibly professional and well-organized. The food throughout the resort was excellent, and the happy hour drinks were definitely a highlight. Overall, our family had an amazing time—it’s a beautiful resort with incredible views, great service, and just the right balance of relaxation and adventure. ”

Beautiful Property and Amazing Staff

The staff were outstanding — attentive, professional, and truly the highlight of our stay. The property’s location and views are beautiful, and our unit was comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything except cleaning supplies. The staff, location, views, and comfortable unit are the reasons I gave the property 3 stars. That said, the property has a significant insect problem. We experienced repeated issues with roaches in the unit. Maintenance responded quickly and sprayed, but the problem returned shortly after. Staff acknowledged they were aware of the situation. Since there is no dishwasher, providing dishwashing supplies (liquid, sponges, towels, etc) would make a huge difference. Having trash bags in the units would also be another roach deterrent. Leaving open leftover food containers is a bug magnet. Additionally, there were mosquitoes inside the room. While we understand that insects can be more common in tropical climates, this went beyond the occasional mosquito. What initially seemed like outdoor bites became clearly an indoor issue when mosquitoes were present while we were in bed. This was also described as a known problem. Insect control in certain environments can be challenging, but effective preventative treatments are available and necessary. Given the otherwise strong qualities of this property, addressing this issue should be a priority.”

Wonderful family vacation. Very kid friendly. It is windy but much better in the second half of the year. Many pools with swim up bars a variety of different themed lunch and dinner spots. There is a wonderful restaurant up the hill on the property.”

Amazing Golf Course

We are resort owners at nearby Diamante Resort. We decided to stay at Grand Solar Pacific Dunes and were able to book an amazing 2 bedroom Presidential Suite with an ocean view. The room was excellent the golf course was breathtaking with photo shots on nearly every hole. We will definitely be back to Grand Solmar. ”

Cold In June - Awesome Resort

We just returned from Grand Solmar, and were surprised by the slightly chilly weather. In June, the wind can make it a bit cooler than expected. Despite this, the resort was fantastic! My daughter had an absolute blast at the water park. We were impressed by the staff, and it became our go-to place. This was a new discovery for us to enjoy the sun. The Greg Norman Golf Course was top-notch, and the comfort stations every six holes were a pleasant surprise.”
