Positioned across more than five acres of tropical grounds, the residence overlooks the Pacific Ocean and surrounding rainforest canopy, where shifting light, wildlife, and ocean views define the rhythm of each day. The setting provides a sense of privacy while remaining connected to the energy of the surrounding area, with restaurants, shops, and local experiences nearby.

The villa is organized around open, flowing living areas designed to engage with both landscape and climate. A central great room with vaulted ceilings extends outward to a wraparound terrace, creating a continuous indoor-outdoor living experience. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the social layout, supporting both independent use and chef-led dining. Covered outdoor dining spaces provide a natural extension of the interiors, allowing meals to unfold against a backdrop of ocean views and tropical air.

Six bedrooms accommodate up to sixteen guests, with a layout that supports both privacy and group cohesion. Outdoor spaces are central to the property’s design and daily experience. A private pool anchors the estate, surrounded by open lounging areas and landscaped gardens oriented toward the ocean.
