Eighteenth Century Tuscan Farmhouse with Olive Grove

Set amid 18 hectares of private Tuscan countryside, this distinguished eighteenth century farmhouse combines historic character with a serene sense of seclusion. Built from local fossil rich sandstone, the 300 square metre residence occupies an elevated position near Guardistallo, where broad countryside vistas extend toward the coast and contribute to an atmosphere of remarkable calm.

The home unfolds across two floors with generous spaces designed for relaxed gathering. On the ground level, a large kitchen with pantry connects naturally to outdoor dining, while a comfortable living room provides an additional place to unwind. One double bedroom with a private en suite bathroom is also located on this floor. Upstairs, the principal living room is centred around a fireplace and furnished with three sofas, a smart television, and an extensive bookcase. Two further double bedrooms each include a private en suite bathroom, while climate control throughout supports year round comfort.

Outdoor living is a defining feature. A furnished veranda provides a dedicated workspace, while two dining areas create inviting settings for meals in the open air. Beyond the house, a 12 metre infinity pool with solarium and shower overlooks the surrounding landscape. A wood fired oven and fireplace wood add to the farmhouse character.

The grounds include an orchard and a beautiful century old olive grove, all within the property’s private acreage. Solar panels support the home’s energy needs, and an automated entrance gate enhances the sense of privacy and exclusivity. Across the grounds, mature planting reinforces its secluded rural character.
