Set in an elevated position across 96 private acres, this four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom mountain lodge accommodates up to eleven guests between Berry and Kangaroo Valley. Expansive mountain and escarpment views surround the property, while the secluded rural setting provides space for families and groups to relax and explore.

The main open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is designed for gathering, with a large television, slow-combustion fireplace and reverse-cycle air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, while a second open-plan lounge and dining area provides additional space for reading, conversation or quieter meals. Wi-Fi, Netflix, books, board games and playing cards are also provided.

The first bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and tri-bunk, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed. A large family bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, and a separate powder room provides an additional toilet.

Outdoor living centers around the 28-metre verandah, where generous seating takes in the surrounding mountain landscape. Yoga mats and eye bags are provided, with enough verandah space for group practice. The property also includes an outdoor hot tub, firepit and gas barbecue, along with an orchard where guests can pick lemons, limes and oranges when in season.

A trail leads through the lower paddock into rainforest and along the creek, where waterfalls and a natural dipping pool can be found. The extensive grounds also provide opportunities to spot local wildlife and explore the property at a relaxed pace.

Berry and Kangaroo Valley are each approximately ten minutes away, providing easy access to cafés, restaurants, shops and local attractions. Canoeing on the Kangaroo River, horseback riding and bushwalking add to the range of outdoor experiences available throughout the surrounding valley and escarpment country.
