Set on a quiet, tree-lined street in Sorrento, this six-bedroom, two-bathroom beach house provides a spacious Mornington Peninsula retreat for families and groups. The home accommodates up to 12 guests when the group includes both adults and children, with a maximum of eight adults. Sorrento Park is approximately 450 metres away, the village shops are about 700 metres from the home, and the beach and ferry terminal are approximately 900 metres away.

Two separate living and dining zones provide plenty of room to gather or spread out. The fully equipped kitchen connects easily with the main entertaining spaces, while large windows overlook the north-facing garden and swimming pool. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and an open fireplace provide comfort throughout the seasons.

The six bedrooms are divided between two levels. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and another has a single bunk bed with a trundle. Upstairs, three bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the sixth bedroom has a tri-bunk with a double bed below and single bed above, plus an additional single bed. Two full bathrooms serve the home.

Outdoor living is a defining feature, with a large furnished deck, barbecue, outdoor dining area and private solar-heated swimming pool. The pool is heated by solar energy, so water temperatures vary with the weather and may remain cool during colder periods. The fully fenced garden also includes swings, a trampoline, sandpit, basketball ring and soccer goals, creating plenty of space for younger guests.

The central Sorrento location makes it easy to combine beach days with time in the village. Guests can walk to local shops, cafés and restaurants, explore nearby bay and ocean beaches, or take the ferry across Port Phillip Bay to Queenscliff. Point Nepean National Park and the coastal landscapes of Mornington Peninsula National Park provide additional options for walking and exploring nearby.
