We enjoyed our 2BR Villa overlooking the slopes and it was very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. The concierge and bell staff were outstanding. Many amenities at the resort were closed (restaurant, pool, hot tub, spa) which we were notified us prior to check-in, but not at the time of booking. Since it was only 3 keys for off season, it was still well worth it and we had a great time ! First class property and Aspen was beautiful. ”

This property was awesome! The 2 bedroom/2 bath suite was beautiful, clean and fully equipped properly. Daily cleaning and turn down service was provided. Beautiful views of Aspen from our balcony and while walking grounds. The dining on property was first class, staff was very professional and personable. Bellman staff for 24/7 assistance. They provided a shuttle to and from downtown Aspen every 30 minutes from 8am-10pm. We also loved spending time at the heated pool area. Our concierge -Carli contacted me before our visit. She provided local sightseeing and event information. After reviewing her suggestions Carli set up a daily itinerary that was exactly what we wanted-it was perfect! She made us dinner reservations and was available for any additional assistance. She even gave us a sweet parting gift. The Ritz - Carlton had special daily events on property-Guest Artist, Wine tastings and my favorite the 5:45-6:00 Manhattan Cocktails in the lobby. The Ritz - Carlton Aspen is in our top 3 vacations! There’s a reason the Ritz has a recognizable brand and is known world wide. Our stay was 5 stars all around. The condo was large and spacious, the staff always attentive and any amenity a guest would need was offered. We biked, e-bikes to Maroon Bells, to town, went horseback riding , visited Ashcroft ghost town and enjoyed the great restaurants in town and the one on property. This was our 4th trip to the Ritz Aspen, and it is always delightful. We are made to feel welcome and appreciated. And even though we were there after Aspen Highlands had closed for the season (we skied closing day), the connections to AJAX and Snowmass were easy. The mountains were uncrowded and the sun shining. We enjoyed meeting Ritz members at the various cocktails and events. For the first time, we stayed at the White River Lodge building. I always th ought Elkhorn was the better building but now that I’ve experienced White River Lodge, I can attest that both are excellent. We enjoy exploring new ski resorts and go in multiple trips per year, but our annual trip to the Ritz has become a family highlight and we are grateful for the opportunity. ”

We had a typically great time at the Ritz Aspen Highlands. Wonderful place in June especially for my birthday. It's interesting that so many people say June is their favorite time in Aspen (much less the Ritz Highland) ... probably because of fewer people. We always love the place and the people and keep going back. I would say housekeeping, as precious and wonderful as they all are, were a little bit inconsistent. Sometimes we'd get three wash cloths, sometimes 2 and one time none. Same with face towels. Not a deal killer, to be sure, but this is THE RITZ, if you know what I mean. Our family of 5 had the most wonderful time here. It may be hard to ski / snowboard any other way after this vacation. Both the accommodations and the staff were awesome! We enjoyed the pool and spa daily after hitting the slopes. Highlands is a beautiful mountain and so convenient right outside the Ritz. However, it was a bit challenging for some of us so we often took the 10 minute shuttle to Buttermilk which was a good match for my skill level. We would highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Aspen Highlands for anyone looking to be pampered and well taken care of during your holiday! We were very impressed with William, the concierge who greeted us after a long day of being stuck in traffic with a warm welcome and super helpful bellhop to get everything and us settled in our room quite quickly! We were very pampered throughout the week from the wonderful housekeeping staff, Johnny the Bellman/Valet who was AWESOME all week! William made a great impression with the type of service you offer at the White River Lodge, he scheduled a golf outing for my husband and friend that proved to be a super fun course, he got the firepit going for us one evening and then surprised us with Smores! We had a great time! We were looking to R&R and that we did!! Thank you again for all the special treatment, we look forward to our next visit! The Games crew!”

Our first visit to Aspen was at the Ritz, which was a great location for us. Our unit was spacious, and the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in. The complimentary shuttle to town is convenient and there is a path nearby for the times we decided to walk or bike in. The pool and hot tub were great, although sometimes it was hard to find a spot as people go early and put a few belongings down. We got an early start and drove to the Maroon Bells while the road was open (the buses depart from this location) and loved visiting such a beautiful place. We also were able to hike and fish nearby. All of the Ritz staff we had contact with were so helpful and kind. We would love to visit here again.”

Il Ritz di Aspen non era lussuoso né ben attrezzato come quelli di Vail e Beaver Creek. Il concierge a nostra disposizione non era altrettanto professionale: non sapeva come raggiungere i vari luoghi e non seguiva adeguatamente le nostre richieste. Il bagno turco e l’unica doccia della spa sono rimasti fuori uso per due giorni e, sebbene il direttore si sia scusato profusamente e mi abbia offerto dei piccoli omaggi, è insolito vedere una struttura Ritz in queste condizioni. Inoltre mi sono stati rubati due oggetti dalla camera e sto ancora affrontando con difficoltà le pratiche assicurative. Le montagne di Aspen Highlands sono di una bellezza straordinaria. Il personale del servizio sci e del noleggio sci era impareggiabile. E le attività pomeridiane nella hall delle residenze erano davvero piacevoli: musica, degustazioni, omaggi di sali da bagno.”

Fin da prima della nostra partenza per il Colorado, il servizio di concierge al Ritz è stato magnifico e ha continuato a esserlo per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Al Ritz ci si aspetta il massimo in termini di struttura, posizione e servizi (tutti eccellenti, tra l’altro), ma è proprio il servizio “CAN DO” a lasciare davvero il segno! Capisco perfettamente perché molti scelgano proprio il Ritz Carlton… Ha perfettamente senso!!! Per darvi un’idea, stavo prenotando la cena direttamente dalla piscina... Inoltre, mentre stavi finendo di preparare la cena nel tuo appartamento, all’improvviso sono arrivate alcune signore per lavare i piatti! È incredibile... Insomma, un soggiorno epico e non vedo l’ora di visitare un’altra struttura del Ritz in futuro...”

Ho prenotato questa struttura per un breve viaggio per festeggiare il sessantesimo compleanno di mio marito e giocare a golf in autunno. Abbiamo invitato un’altra coppia a unirsi a noi. Abbiamo preso tutti l’aereo per Denver e poi abbiamo guidato per 4 ore fino ad Aspen. Un lungo viaggio in auto, ma bellissimo in autunno. Abbiamo preso la strada dell’Independence Pass per arrivare ad Aspen ed è stato mozzafiato. Aveva nevicato un po’ prima del nostro arrivo, ma abbiamo avuto 4 giorni (potevamo restare solo così a lungo) di tempo splendido e soleggiato. Siamo arrivati al Ritz e siamo stati accolti da Steve, che ci ha accompagnati alla nostra camera. Ha portato su i bagagli e si è occupato della nostra auto. Davvero disponibile. La mattina seguente abbiamo chiamato per farci portare l’auto e Steve l’aveva lavata (era a noleggio); mentre rimettevamo le mazze da golf in macchina, ne è rimasto indietro un set. Siamo partiti per il campo da golf senza accorgercene. Steve se n’è accorto e ci ha seguiti fino al campo con il quarto set di mazze. Ci ha poi lasciato un piccolo regalo in camera per scusarsi dell’errore e ha augurato buon compleanno a mio marito. Steve è partito per le vacanze il giorno dopo, ma anche tutte le altre persone con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare sono state fantastiche. Gentili e disponibili. C’è un servizio navetta da e per la città, il che rende facile andare a cena senza doversi preoccupare del parcheggio. Abbiamo giocato a golf allo Snowmass e all’Aspen Golf Club e abbiamo fatto un’escursione ai Maroon Bells. Non ricordo di aver mai visto tanta bellezza naturale. L’appartamento era perfettamente organizzato per due coppie, con le suite padronali su entrambi i lati della zona giorno. I ristoranti del complesso sono fantastici: deliziosi tacos a pranzo, caffè latte al mattino e una bella cena al Willow Creek. Non abbiamo avuto tempo di usare la piscina, la spa o il centro fitness, ma sembravano tutti bellissimi. Ci torneremmo sicuramente e diamo a questa struttura 5 stelle. JoAnn Nally”

Sono appena tornato da due settimane fantastiche ad Aspen, al The Ritz Carlton Destination Club. Il personale del servizio concierge, del parcheggio con servizio di ritiro e riconsegna auto e della spa è stato favoloso; le strutture sono eccezionali e comprendono spa, palestra, piscina, vasca idromassaggio, sala giochi e salotto per gli ospiti; le sistemazioni sono estremamente confortevoli e il servizio di pulizia è eccellente: tutto questo ha reso la mia vacanza in questo splendido resort davvero favolosa!

La struttura si trova vicinissima all’area ricreativa di Maroon Bells, il che consente di raggiungere facilmente la vasta rete di sentieri escursionistici presenti in zona. Durante alcuni periodi di grande affluenza, la strada per Maroon Bells viene chiusa al traffico e l’accesso all’area è consentito solo tramite navetta. Se volete andarci in auto, dovete alzarvi presto o partire dopo le 17:00. Tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura. Se avete la possibilità di scegliere un appartamento con 3 camere da letto, approfittatene perché dispone di una terrazza. L’appartamento con 2 camere da letto invece non ce l’aveva.”

Questa vacanza è stata davvero di classe, dall’inizio alla fine. Dal primo contatto via e-mail prima del nostro soggiorno, in cui ci è stato chiesto se avevamo bisogno di un trasferimento dall’aeroporto, alla spesa fatta per rifornire il frigorifero, alle prenotazioni nei ristoranti, fino all’accoglienza ricevuta all’arrivo, siamo stati trattati davvero benissimo. L’appartamento con due camere da letto è confortevole, accogliente, lussuoso, con servizio di pulizia due volte al giorno. La posizione “ski-in/ski-out”, con il servizio di deposito sci, ha reso questa vacanza davvero semplice. La palestra, con vasca idromassaggio e spa, e il personale così attento sono un altro aspetto meraviglioso. Mi piacerebbe molto tornarci l’anno prossimo. Consiglio vivamente questo soggiorno.”

Il Ritz @ Aspen Highlands è stata un'esperienza fantastica! Si trova a pochi minuti dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile in auto a noleggio, con la navetta o con il taxi gratuito fino a mezzanotte. Se avete un'auto a noleggio, i Maroon Bells sono proprio lungo la strada. Se arrivate prima delle 8 del mattino, potete usare la vostra auto e fare quello che volete. All'arrivo, venite accolti da diversi membri del personale prima ancora di raggiungere l'ascensore. Le camere erano perfette, con bagni enormi e una doccia fantastica. La piscina era molto rilassante in ogni momento della giornata. Se ci andate presto, probabilmente la troverete tutta per voi. Il villaggio era comodo per fare shopping e mangiare fuori. Tutto era fantastico, ma il personale accogliente è stata la parte migliore!”

Il Ritz Club di Aspen ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Come tutti i Ritz Club, la struttura è stupenda e il personale è davvero disponibile. Il nostro appartamento con due camere da letto era accogliente e confortevole. C’era spazio in abbondanza per quattro persone. La possibilità di sciare direttamente dalle porte dell’Aspen Highlands era perfetta per noi, ma le navette vi porteranno anche a Snowmass e sulle altre montagne della zona. Non c’è assolutamente bisogno di un’auto. Ci torneremo sicuramente.”

Io e i miei amici abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Ritz Carlton Aspen Highlands nella settimana del 28 marzo 2015. La struttura è bellissima e il servizio è a tutti gli effetti a 5 stelle, proprio come ci si aspetta dal Ritz. Abbiamo goduto di un clima mite e soleggiato e di condizioni sciistiche eccellenti! Alloggiavamo in un appartamento con due camere da letto, arredato con gusto e con vista sulle piste da sci. Appena scesi dall’aereo, siamo stati accolti all’aeroporto da un dipendente del Ritz che ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e ci ha accompagnati al club. Tutti i dipendenti sono più che disponibili a rendere il vostro soggiorno un’esperienza meravigliosa. Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante dell’hotel, il Willow Creek, e ogni giorno siamo andati al Café Sienna per il caffè latte del mattino. Entrambi offrivano un servizio e un cibo eccellenti. L’unica cosa che rimpiango è di non aver fatto la spesa prima del nostro arrivo, dato che il ristorante è chiuso il lunedì e il martedì. Una volta arrivati, non avevamo alcuna voglia di fare la spesa. Se avete intenzione di sciare ad Aspen Highlands, assicuratevi di prenotare in anticipo il pranzo alle 14:00 al Cloud 9. Hanno una splendida terrazza dove cenare, ottima musica e champagne a volontà! È un’esperienza unica. È stata un’esperienza fantastica e ho intenzione di tornarci presto per godermi l’estate ad Aspen!”

Immaginate di essere proprietari del club che avete acquistato per una settimana tramite 3rd Home e poi di soggiornarvi come ospiti, vivendo un’esperienza pessima: dal check-in alla partenza anticipata, il mio soggiorno non è stato all’altezza degli standard a cui sono abituato in questo Ritz Carlton Club. Aggiungo quindi che soggiorno lì regolarmente e di solito mi trovo bene, ma questa settimana di luglio è stata al di sotto della media sotto ogni aspetto. La qualità della camera è stata la peggiore. Nessun funzionamento dell’aria condizionata dopo 3 interventi del tecnico. ”
