St Thomas Ritz

Bellissimo appartamento e proprietà. Purtroppo sulla spiaggia galleggiavano tonnellate di alghe Sargassum. Inizialmente ci era stato assegnato un appartamento al primo piano dell’ultimo edificio, il più vicino alle alghe in decomposizione. Mentre ci dirigevamo verso il nostro appartamento abbiamo notato l’odore, ma cercavamo di essere ottimisti. La mattina seguente l’odore era così forte che non potevamo nemmeno aprire le porte scorrevoli sul retro né sederci sul patio per goderci il panorama. Il personale del Ritz ha lavorato dalle 6 del mattino fino al tramonto, raccogliendo le alghe in cumuli per poi caricarle con una piccola terna su un autocarro con cassone ribaltabile. Ci stavano provando, ma le alghe continuavano ad accumularsi in enormi masse lungo la spiaggia. Ho chiesto spiegazioni a un dipendente riguardo all’odore e mi ha suggerito di chiedere di essere trasferiti in un edificio più lontano e a un piano più alto. Quando mi sono recato in ufficio, mi hanno detto che, poiché avevo prenotato tramite Third Home, che è un’agenzia di terze parti, avevano poco margine di manovra. Ci hanno trasferiti al secondo piano dell’edificio adiacente, il che è stato decisamente meglio. Il servizio presso il resort era eccellente, così come le attività e i servizi offerti. I ristoranti della struttura sono stati molto deludenti per una struttura del Ritz Carlton. Avevamo noleggiato un’auto, quindi abbiamo esplorato a lungo l’isola e abbiamo persino preso il traghetto per St. John’s per trascorrere una giornata alla scoperta di quel luogo. Good & Bad

Was pleased to see they renovated the condos. They were very beautifully designed and stocked. There was just a recurring bug problem in our unit. The solution they gave us was Raid cans but they should have it professionally exterminated. These were not mosquitos or flying bugs, but crawlers of all types including some disgusting ones. It really ruined our time because it became a daily/nighly concern. The property was nice with good activities but leaving the property was very difficult as they force you to use their drivers and they charge you way more than it should be for local drives anywhere. The spa facilities and locker rooms were deplorable and below any Ritz Carlton standard. Food was good but limited on site restaurants if staying a week. Food off property good but priced as high as eating on property. The area really is a tourist trap as compared to other destinations where there is more competition. Not sure I would return. ”

Pros: 1) Resort grounds are beautiful. 2) Residences are roomy with great resort amenities 3) Great location on St Thomas, likey the best resort on the island 4) Lots things to do off resort also (island hopping, fishing, exploring St Thomas) 5) Felt safe. Cons: 1) Service is poor, this is something we learned that is endemic to St. Thomas. 2) Rooms are somewhat dated, but not overly dated 3) Spa is extremely lacking and dated, at least in my experience at men's locker room. Seen nicer men's room at Buckees 4) The food experience at the resort was mixed.”

Hard to judge because this was the time of the biggest heat wave in years and it was pretty miserably hot and humid. The pools were just so so and the beach was awful with seaweed. Facility was ok.”

Wonderful Experience in the Virgin Islands!

We gathered for a group of 6 ladies to enjoy our first trip to the Virgin Islands. The Ritz is in such a great location for catching the Ferry to St. John (where you can then take boats to other islands). We enjoyed our first day at the pool with a private cabana and the service was top notch. We also traveled to St. John, Jost Van Dyke, & Virgin Gorda for day trips. One of our special events that we were so fortunate to partake in was an evening sunset sail on the Lady Lindsey directly off the beach of the Ritz. We had an amazing dinner and sunset with music and gorgeous views! We stayed in a 3 bedroom ground floor unit. Typically, I would want to be on a higher floor for the views, but it was so nice to walk right off our patio to explore the grounds! The concierge was A++++! They responded immediately to any requests and went above and beyond every day! My friend got stung at Virgin Gorda and I had texted the concierge for a drug store recommendation. They had medicine and a sweet gift pack of Rum samplers waiting in our room when we returned. Everyone was so friendly - I would 100% stay here again. Thank you! ”

Great Island Hospitality!

The Ritz Residences in St Thomas is a wonderful spot. The views from the room, the classy decor, the pool scene, the clear sea water and the convenience to restaurants and shopping are all great, but the staff stands out above everything. We recommend renting a car for full exploration of the beaches, restaurants and attractions on the island. The Red Hook Ferry to St John is only 7-8 minutes away, and the ferry ride is only 15 minutes. We spent a lot of time there on the world class beaches using taxi services and a cooler with chairs borrowed from the Ritz Club. Hiking there is also amazing. We whole heartedly recommend this vacation for couples or for the entire family!”

Excellent stay at a first class resort

From the time we arrived at the Ritz Carlton Club and were greeted with welcome cocktails to the time we left, it was a fantastic experience. Staff are all friendly and professional, and whatever we needed was addressed immediately. Housekeeping ladies SO sweet and helpful. Morning coffee and afternoon cookies in the lobby were delicious and such a nice touch. After we checked out and left for the dock to take a water taxi to Tortola, my husband discovered he left his hat in our villa. We normally would have just written it off, but since he had some skin issues and we were going to be on a sailboat for another week, we called the resort to see if they found the hat so we could grab a taxi to come back and retrieve it. Not only had they found the hat, but a staff member brought it to us and delivered it at the dock. Talk about customer service! There's a reason Four Seasons is legendary for it's first-class hospitality! We hope to return to this property at some point in the future.”

From the minute I arrived at check in, this stay was lovely! From the front desk, to bell desk that escorted me to my room and unpacked my groceries when they arrived…first class! Even when there were issues, like construction was started at the residences’ pool, every effort was made to accommodate me in other areas of the property and make things perfect. When I had issues with Mosquitoes, they sprayed my room daily to help. And it did! The infinity pool at the Hotel was lovely, including the service. And my last day was rainy but I had a fabulous afternoon sitting under the overhang at the Coconut Cove watching Netflix and the rain! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

Beautiful St. Thomas and St. John

This is a beautiful resort. Accommodations are clean, comfortable and everything you expect from a Ritz. The housekeeping is especially good and friendly. Sadly the beaches are covered with Sargassum, which the resort crew is constantly cleaning up. This will probably be a problem for many years, if not indefinitely. However, the resort offers complimentary chairs and towels to take to other beaches not dealing with the problem. We spent two days on St. John beaches. The car barge or ferry is very close in Red Hook. ”

The club rooms were really nice, and we were spoiled with 2x daily housekeeping. We also enjoyed working out at the hotel gym and both the casual restaurants, as well as the Italian restaurant, were good. They work hard to get rid of the seaweed and the beaches here are nice - but not as nice as other island beaches. I recommend taking the ferry across to St. John to hit up Cinnamon bay, Maho or Trunk. On St. Thomas, we enjoyed Coki beach as well. We never went to the island's most popular beach (Megans) as it was too far from the Ritz. Overall we had a great stay. Our favorite day was when we were picked up by a boat at the hotel for a great day on the water (so convenient). Have them take you to the floating taco bar (Limeout) - we had so much fun, and we even snorkelled with 2 giant sea turtles!”

relaxing vacation

This is a nice resort. It's chill and you won't find a lot of action on the resort. We pre-ordered groceries and they had everything put away in the room when we arrived. The room was decent, but had water leaking in the 3rd bedroom closet which made the floor saturated w/ water in the closet. The lady that cleaned our room, Franzia, was wonderful! The pool was nice, but low key. Service at the hotel pool was poor, but at the members pool it was good. They had table tennis, pool, and cornhole available to play. That was fun. We ate off the resort each night except one night we ordered room service and thought is was great. Overall this is a nice resort and I would come back again. ”

Beautiful resort with all amenities

We had a wonderful family vacation. The resort was great the room had a fantastic view of the ocean. We rented a car and drove to all the beaches and also took the car barge to St. John . Definitely recommend having the car if you want to explore but if you want to relax at the resort they do have a shuttle service to local shops and restaurants. Staff are very accommodating, they provide you with beach chairs and cooler if you want to go exploring outside the resort. Restaurants at the resort are great. I didn’t see a market inside but they do provide shuttle for a cost. They do provide sunscreen , lotion and bug spray by the pool free to use. Make sure to use the bug spray I totally forgot and am still scratching my bug bites.coffee is provided in the morning at the lobby, also a full bag in your room. Laundry and detergent provided in the room as well as a great selection of spices that you can request as well as anything you want for cooking. We requested a rice cooker and waffle maker. I definitely recommend taking advantage of this stay when it becomes available it’s not to be missed if you like luxury stay and beautiful beaches.”

A gorgeous full service resort back in full glory once again after $100M of post-2018 hurricane renovations (mainly to the hotel side of the property). There is absolutely zero to complain about this posh getaway in paradise except the usual twice-a-day cleaning with turn-down chocolate service is now once-daily (due to Covid) and the daily Macadamia Nut daily cookie delivery was somewhat spotty (LOL). The Lady Lindsey resort catamaran offers excellent excursions, and the resort also has a good watersport package that includes all beach water toys, including Hobie Cat sailing lessons, sea kayaks and paddleboards. Its hard to justify leaving the resort grounds given the level of pampering provided, but for those demanding the creme de-la creme of beaches, simply grab a 20 minute boat to St. John's. Also be sure to island hop for lunch at the new Lovango Cay private beach club. ”

Amazing no Matter How Many Times You Come Here

This was our second time visiting the Ritz at St. Thomas. The hotel and residences had just reopened after Covid when we visited and we couldn't have asked for a better location to get away for a week. The staff were all fantastic and the hotel has been recently updated after the hurricanes so everything feels much fresher. We would recommend this resort to anyone.”

Rebuilding after Hurricane

Friends used our allocation and had a great time despite that a lot of work remains in cleaning up around the island after the hurricanes. Restaurants are slowly opening back up. The Ritz hotel remains closed. The beach has been decimated.... not to mention the large amount of seaweed.”

The facility was always clean, the room was beautiful and well appointed. While it was Covid-19 related, the fact that there was no cleaning service was a hassle. The front office staff was very helpful, but the pool staff made many mistakes. We reserved a cabana with extra chairs for example, and then extra chairs never showed up. Bar & restaurant staff on campus were great. Concierge set up everything we needed. We would go back!”

Go if you can!

We had a wonderful week at the St. Thomas RCDC where we have visited many times before. This particular unit had very easy access, and of course had a marvelous view as almost every unit has. The units are nicely furnished and updated. Our concierge Cyrecia was great, and despite the Covid crisis, everyone seemed so eager to please and made things are normal as possible. Restaurants were still open- and hopefully will stay open. We could not visit the BVI this time, but took a boat out and explored around St John. The location of the Ritz is fantastic, since it offers plenty of restaurants to eat out at in nearby Red Hook, as well as has access to the ferry to other islands. We were able to even go to dinner in St. John one night. ”

Incredible Family Experience

Our family had an incredible experience with this resort. Prior to arrival, our personal concierge Delta contacted us and ensured from the moment we arrived and even after our departure that we had everything we needed from groceries, reservations and amenities for the kids. The Club side of the resort is established and family oriented (also offer adult only pool) and the hotel side is brand new with modern amenities and fun water sports activities. We spent a majority of our time at the club side pool and beach, but did enjoy the hotel pool, water sports and dining options. The staff at the club is absolutely incredible to interact with exuding the island charm while being the upmost professionals. We loved how they all interacted with our young kiddos. The accommodations were updated and immaculate and done with the upmost quality. Room and turn down service never disappointed and went beyond to ensure kitchen was well kept, living spaces tidy and beds perfect and comfortable! We rented a private charter for the day to explore bvi and usvi islands that was a great family memory and convenient that they picked and dropped us off at the resort beach side. I can't say enough great things about the experience, we look forward to returning in the future and exploring more, but could easily spend the entire week again without leaving. There's only one con I can think of, which isn't really a con, I'm just a foodie and OK with high food cost if the food meets the bill and felt the poolside restaurants (lunch and dinner) could step up their overall food options and presentation. However, the food was very acceptable, always warm and taco options were fantastic along with other items. Another plus is children under 2 eat complimentary. Overall 5 stars all around, thank you ritz club, bell services (the kids loved all the golf cart rides around the resort), concierge, housekeeping, restaurant and pool staff for a memorable perfect flawless family vacation! ”

We loved every minute of our stay at the St. Thomas Ritz Carlton Club. 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our extended family of 6. Rooms were immaculate, perfectly maintained and spacious. Every detail was thoughtfully provided—from the Saturday cocktails to receptions, guest activities and pool-side service. While the beach was small, it was very well-maintained. Not any more than a small trail of seaweed which was raked away by the staff every morning. Beautiful grounds, and the staff went out of their way to meet every guest’s needs. While there weren’t many restaurant offerings on the grounds, they are working diligently to finish the Ritz Carlton hotel and restaurants that are right next door. There was no evidence of the impact of the hurricanes at the Club, however, the Ritz Carlton Hotel is still being restored. Red Hook and the short ferry to St. John are a five minute cab ride away. We would LOVE to come back another time to explore St. John more and go on the excursions that our extended family wasn’t interested in doing. Pools were perfect—Floaties, large games on the grounds (Connect 4, Jenna, Corn Toss, Ping Pong) were super fun. ”

Luxury and Service - what more can one want???

This 3 bedroom villa was very luxurious, comfortable and fully equipped for our group of 3 couples. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had an awesome view. We used the gym daily, played trivia, ate at the pool bar and restaurant and swam in the pools and ocean. The only negative was that the beach needed refurbishment and water shoes were a necessity, but we understand that the refurbishment is coming soon What really makes this Club so special is the staff. Everyone we met was so friendly and caring. It was evident that each person truly enjoyed his job. They could not do enough for us. Can't wait for a chance to return!”

The resort looks better than it did even before the the 2 category 5 hurricanes hit last Oct. The management & staff did an amazing job getting The Club to the condition it is in today. As always, the staff was warm & friendly. The weather was fantastic. We were on the beach every day. Lunch at Coconut Cove & dinner at Grand Palazzo Club was delicious. There was no need to ever leave The Club. ”

Truly beachfront, steps to the water

We actually own a two bedroom unit at this same property but in another building, so this was a great opportunity to stay in a three bedroom unit in the Lily building. Additionally, all units have been completely refurbished and the new décor in softs blues, aquas and greens was so calming and refreshing. Lily is also the closest building to the beach and water, our unit was about 50 feet perhaps to the water's edge! Additionally, this building has amazing views from the back third bedroom of Red Hook bay and the small islands in the background. The front view has unobstructed view of St. Joan and the ocean, what more can you say. We traveled this time with another family staying in our unit for the first time, and there was more than ample room for all 6 of us. Besides being closer to the beach, this building is the last building in the complex, so it was a bit quieter, which was nice, but also very convenient to the basketball court, new BBQ area and member's lounge where the concierge and staff can be found to help you in anyway. ”

We especially liked the Lady Lyndsey sailing/snorkel trip and the Island Time Virgin Gorda baths and cave snorkeling on Norman Island. One of the best vacations we have experienced anywhere. We recently stayed a week here and it was great. The property is just a few minutes from Red Hook, which is the small area with some night life and restaurants in St Thomas, although there was plenty to do and eat on the property. Our room had an amazing view from three separate balconies and overlooked Great Bay. The beach chairs are right on the water and just steps from the room. The Ritz has three or four different boats they take on daily excursions. We went snorkeling at the caves, visited the baths in Virgin Gorda, took a sailing lesson, and went swimming at Turtle Cay..all from the property. The weather was beautiful. There was not many people at the resort the week we were there, but the staff could not have been nicer. ”

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The resort is beautiful and the accommodations very, very nice. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We ate in all but one of the restaurants and the food was top notch. There is also a strip of fun bars/restaurants just minutes away in Red Hook if one wants to venture out. I highly recommend.”

This is a great property overall. Staff is more than accommodating to make sure every detail of your trip is taken care of. Nice location on the island and fairly secluded from other resorts and tourists. Red Hook is right around the corner for all the amenities you need and easy access to any other island for a day trip. Not the best beach on the island for snorkeling and swimming, but still usable. Rooms could use a little better lighting, but they are very roomy and well-maintained. Daily maid service is also a plus.”

Excellent winter getaway

The service was excellent, the unit was very nice and well equipped. The beds very comfortable. The beach at the ritz Carlton was disappointing because it was very small, rocky and the chairs were very close together. The restaurants at the property were good but overpriced. We found many restaurants with the same quality outside the property that were much more reasonably priced. We chartered a sailboat for the day "Alaunt" which we would highly recommend. Only 4 of us on the boat and the price was more reasonable than the 50 person boat run by the ritz (and the same size boat ). Scuba and snorkeling right off the beach was very nice. ”

What a treat

Apartment was beautifully positioned so close to the beach and was very luxurious and well equipped. The service at the resort faultless, every need catered for and altogether a truly fun and memorable holiday. The two main bedrooms absolutely gorgeous, , large sitting and dining area, and fantastically well equipped kitchen. Literally 30 yards from the beach and luxury of comfortable loungers and plenty of them. Staff all very friendly and fun - local bar Latitude 18 a must.... Only slight point would be the third bedroom (twin) and bathroom looked disappointing compared to the other two, but perfectly functional and comfortable. The two other double bedrooms were top quality luxury. I wouldn't want to have to use the sofa bed - don't really think it should say eight people, especially as only 6 chairs round the tables, both inside and out. A top quality club and an absolute delight being there for the week.”

Great spot in the US Virgin Islands

We could not have had a better stay at the Ritz Carlton Destination Club in St. Thomas. The unit we stayed in had three bedrooms, and 3 1/2 bathrooms, really enough room for two families, and it was excellent for just two couples. The Destination Club has its own separate lobby and concierge who are very helpful. You also have access to the rest of the property including the Hotel. there are two beaches and too many pools to count. It is, of course, a Ritz Carlton, so a Cheeseburger and fries at the beach restaurant is close to $30, however, all of the food was excellent. The beaches are great, and we spent at least two days just hanging out there. We took the sunset cruise on the Lady Lindsey catamaran, and also did a day trip to the BVIs via private charter, the ferry to St. John at Red Hook is very close. All in, I would definitely come back, as this is the perfect place to base a trip to the USVI and BVI.”

The Ritz Destination Club was a wonderful getaway for our family. Stunning views, kind staff, fun water sports available right off the beach for additional fee. Be prepared, you will need a cab or vehicle rental to leave the property as the resort is isolated. Our family enjoyed the property and when we were ready for something different we chartered a boat to the BVI and it was amazing. Snorkeling was perfect for all ages and we saw so much beautiful underwater wildlife. Looking forward to returning next year and highly recommend this property. ”

The moment we arrived we felt special. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our vacation. They even have a service where you can purchase your groceries online and have them delivered to the unit. It was great!! We had everything waiting on us. The maid (Francene) even brought us fresh flowers! The restaurants on site were wonderful as well. The fish sandwich on the beach was amazing! Yes, bar and food service on the beach as well. We sailed a Hobie cat around the cove and went on an excursion on a 45' Say Ray powerboat to the British Virgin Islands one day as well. This is a don't miss vacation in our book! Thanks again!! Il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Era ben arredata e perfetta per la nostra famiglia di cinque persone. Un ulteriore vantaggio è la posizione al piano terra dell’edificio. Entrambe le camere da letto principali e la zona giorno dispongono di terrazze dove gustare il caffè al mattino a pochi passi dal mare e dalla piscina per adulti. Il personale si è preso cura di noi in modo eccellente e i servizi di ristorazione del destination club e dell’hotel Ritz Carlton sono ottimi. Con un breve tragitto in taxi si raggiunge Red Hook, dove si trovano altri ristoranti e il traghetto per St John. In alcuni mesi, in questa zona della spiaggia, si verifica un problema di alghe, quindi è bene tenerlo presente. Il personale si impegna al massimo per mantenerla pulita, tuttavia abbiamo dovuto camminare lungo la spiaggia per un centinaio di iarde circa per trovare un punto in cui entrare in acqua senza doverle attraversare nella nostra zona della spiaggia. Non è un grosso problema, ma è bene saperlo. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico e non esiteremmo a tornarci.”

Perfect Paradise!

We had a great stay at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas! Once you get out of busy St. Thomas and on to the resort, you've reached paradise! The grounds and views are gorgeous! The rooms are very beautifully decorated, comfortable, cleaned daily, and well-equipped with everything you need. There are several very good restaurants on property and great water sports and activities offered through the hotel (this is additional but the rates are reasonable). We went on a private boat charter two days to the BVI and took a ferry to Water Island one day. Great excursions! It was nice to visit other areas in the Caribbean, but staying at the resort the entire week would have been great too. The accommodations, staff, food, amenities....all excellent! We can't wait to return!”

First class resort!

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Ritz Carlton Club on the island of St Thomas. The 3 bedroom condo was well appointed and nicely furnished. The grounds of the resort are well maintained and beautiful. There were so many things to do- we took a boat over to the BVI's for a day of beaches and famous "Pain Killers' at the Soggy Dollar Bar. A wonderful get-a-way!”

Il Ritz è fantastico, l’appartamento era proprio come ce lo aspettavamo e il resort offre diversi ristoranti carini, piscine e attività acquatiche. Siamo andati a St. John un paio di volte per goderci le spiagge e fare escursioni, abbiamo anche noleggiato un motoscafo e siamo andati a Gorda, nelle Isole Vergini Britanniche (a circa 1 ora e 15 minuti di barca, a seconda delle condizioni del mare), siamo andati a Little Dix Bay (Rosewood Resort) per pranzo e abbiamo fatto un salto anche al Bitter End Yacht Club. Il tempo era splendido, tutto è stato fantastico. Grazie per averci permesso di soggiornare nel vostro posto incantevole!!”

Lovely, Relaxing Stay

I was prepared for a crowded resort as it was Spring Break, and expecting a typical condo you would find at many hotels. I was wrong on all counts. This resort was lovely and it never felt too crowded, especially on the "residence" side, which it turns out had the nicer beach and a very peaceful, adults pool only right in front of it. The best part were the amazing views from this Condo. It was such a treat to wake up every morning and have breakfast on the main private terrace looking out over the bay and St Johns with the cool island breezes swaying the palm trees all around. I say "main porch" because each master (the two front rooms were equally great) also had their own balconies. The condo itself was very spacious for our group of 7 and very comfortable. The weather was fabulous during our stay and highlights of our activities included renting a Ritz motor boat for the day and going over to the islands for great snorkeling, sea turtle watching, lunch and dip at Caneel Bay, a very fun night in St johns and days spent using all the resorts nonmotorized water equipment (sailing on catemaran, paddle boarding, etc) While at night the resort shut down early and became very quiet, there was always plenty to do during the day. They also had a great italian restaurant called Essenza where we sat right near water and had two delicious meals. We felt the Palazzo Club wasnt as great value for the quality but the teenagers loved breakfast there on their outside terrace with beautiful Bay views. I would not hesitate to come back!”

Beautiful Setting

The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club, St. Thomas is situated in a beautiful cove with exceptional views to St. John and Tortola beyond. The property is a large resort that is very well maintained and the front desk and maid staff was extremely willing and helpful. The 3 bedroom we occupied was extremely spacious and comfortable and the amenities were very nice: Asprey soaps, etc. We did find room for improvement with the Food and Beverage services. Most of the restaurants on property were expensive and not up to the Ritz-Carlton's "Legendary Service" level. This is exemplified by the waiter not knowing the wine list and several of the wines on the list were no longer available. Further, there was a bucket with a mop situation right outside the bathroom in their premiere restaurant, which was unsightly and not up to Ritz-Carlton training. The restaurant service in general was slow and there were very few options for anyone seeking to eat healthy. ”

My family just returned from the Ritz Club in St. Thomas. The condo was beautiful and on the ground floor. Every morning, we walked out of our private patio to reserved beach chairs a mere 10 ft. away. The service was wonderful and the weather was perfect. I ordered groceries from the Ritz grocery link, so our kitchen was stocked upon arrival. The casual outdoor restaurants were perfect for us, and we really enjoyed the live music at Sails on Tuesday. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. Between the hotel and the club pools, kayaking and snorkeling, we were all busy and well entertained for our entire stay. None of us wanted to leave! Fabulous!”

Best Location on Great Bay Beach

Spacious, well appointed condo with some of the best views of St. John from the patio. This unit is steps to the sand and tucked away from most of the resort's traffic. This is the best of both worlds with the service and amenities of the Ritz Carlton and the flexibility to make use of a full kitchen and comfortable living areas. Location of unit gives you quick access to walking route to Red Hook (about 1.5 miles) for groceries, restaurants, and night life. The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. We hope to return. ”

We just got back from a week at the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas. My husband and I had a very nice time. The three bedroom villa was very nice with a beautiful ocean view in two of the bedrooms and the living room. Everything was clean and the amenities good. The concierge was very helpful in helping with dinner, golf and boating reservations. The spa is very tranquil and the services good. We enjoyed the beach and the pools. They also have yoga (which was overlooking the ocean) and other fitness classes as well as a fitness center. The residence center has it's own new restaurant that is on the top floor of one of the buildings. Ask to sit outside where the large open window provides a beautiful view. And the food is excellent.”

My recent stay at the Ritz-Carlton Club in beautiful St. Thomas can only be summed up in one word: Amazing. My family and I enjoyed every beautiful second of this much needed and magical vacation. Upon check-in, the lovely ladies at the Front Desk made us feel at home with their warm welcome. They were very helpful and their level of service was exquisite. The bellman was more than happy to help us get our luggage to the Residence. During our stay, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our vacation the best and most memorable one possible; this was definitely Ritz-Carlton service. The twice daily maid service was a PLUS! The pool area was amazing and what a picturesque view it was. My only complaint is that we had to leave! Really wish we could've stayed longer.
