Pros: 1) Resort grounds are beautiful. 2) Residences are roomy with great resort amenities 3) Great location on St Thomas, likey the best resort on the island 4) Lots things to do off resort also (island hopping, fishing, exploring St Thomas) 5) Felt safe. Cons: 1) Service is poor, this is something we learned that is endemic to St. Thomas. 2) Rooms are somewhat dated, but not overly dated 3) Spa is extremely lacking and dated, at least in my experience at men's locker room. Seen nicer men's room at Buckees 4) The food experience at the resort was mixed.”

Beach not nice

Hard to judge because this was the time of the biggest heat wave in years and it was pretty miserably hot and humid. The pools were just so so and the beach was awful with seaweed. Facility was ok.”

Wonderful Experience in the Virgin Islands!

We gathered for a group of 6 ladies to enjoy our first trip to the Virgin Islands. The Ritz is in such a great location for catching the Ferry to St. John (where you can then take boats to other islands). We enjoyed our first day at the pool with a private cabana and the service was top notch. We also traveled to St. John, Jost Van Dyke, & Virgin Gorda for day trips. One of our special events that we were so fortunate to partake in was an evening sunset sail on the Lady Lindsey directly off the beach of the Ritz. We had an amazing dinner and sunset with music and gorgeous views! We stayed in a 3 bedroom ground floor unit. Typically, I would want to be on a higher floor for the views, but it was so nice to walk right off our patio to explore the grounds! The concierge was A++++! They responded immediately to any requests and went above and beyond every day! My friend got stung at Virgin Gorda and I had texted the concierge for a drug store recommendation. They had medicine and a sweet gift pack of Rum samplers waiting in our room when we returned. Everyone was so friendly - I would 100% stay here again. Thank you! ”

Great Island Hospitality!

The Ritz Residences in St Thomas is a wonderful spot. The views from the room, the classy decor, the pool scene, the clear sea water and the convenience to restaurants and shopping are all great, but the staff stands out above everything. We recommend renting a car for full exploration of the beaches, restaurants and attractions on the island. The Red Hook Ferry to St John is only 7-8 minutes away, and the ferry ride is only 15 minutes. We spent a lot of time there on the world class beaches using taxi services and a cooler with chairs borrowed from the Ritz Club. Hiking there is also amazing. We whole heartedly recommend this vacation for couples or for the entire family!”

Excellent stay at a first class resort

From the time we arrived at the Ritz Carlton Club and were greeted with welcome cocktails to the time we left, it was a fantastic experience. Staff are all friendly and professional, and whatever we needed was addressed immediately. Housekeeping ladies SO sweet and helpful. Morning coffee and afternoon cookies in the lobby were delicious and such a nice touch. After we checked out and left for the dock to take a water taxi to Tortola, my husband discovered he left his hat in our villa. We normally would have just written it off, but since he had some skin issues and we were going to be on a sailboat for another week, we called the resort to see if they found the hat so we could grab a taxi to come back and retrieve it. Not only had they found the hat, but a staff member brought it to us and delivered it at the dock. Talk about customer service! There's a reason Four Seasons is legendary for it's first-class hospitality! We hope to return to this property at some point in the future.”

From the minute I arrived at check in, this stay was lovely! From the front desk, to bell desk that escorted me to my room and unpacked my groceries when they arrived…first class! Even when there were issues, like construction was started at the residences’ pool, every effort was made to accommodate me in other areas of the property and make things perfect. When I had issues with Mosquitoes, they sprayed my room daily to help. And it did! The infinity pool at the Hotel was lovely, including the service. And my last day was rainy but I had a fabulous afternoon sitting under the overhang at the Coconut Cove watching Netflix and the rain! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

Beautiful St. Thomas and St. John

This is a beautiful resort. Accommodations are clean, comfortable and everything you expect from a Ritz. The housekeeping is especially good and friendly. Sadly the beaches are covered with Sargassum, which the resort crew is constantly cleaning up. This will probably be a problem for many years, if not indefinitely. However, the resort offers complimentary chairs and towels to take to other beaches not dealing with the problem. We spent two days on St. John beaches. The car barge or ferry is very close in Red Hook. ”

Amazing stay

The club rooms were really nice, and we were spoiled with 2x daily housekeeping. We also enjoyed working out at the hotel gym and both the casual restaurants, as well as the Italian restaurant, were good. They work hard to get rid of the seaweed and the beaches here are nice - but not as nice as other island beaches. I recommend taking the ferry across to St. John to hit up Cinnamon bay, Maho or Trunk. On St. Thomas, we enjoyed Coki beach as well. We never went to the island's most popular beach (Megans) as it was too far from the Ritz. Overall we had a great stay. Our favorite day was when we were picked up by a boat at the hotel for a great day on the water (so convenient). Have them take you to the floating taco bar (Limeout) - we had so much fun, and we even snorkelled with 2 giant sea turtles!”

The home is perfect. All amenities work great. The Wi-Fi was strong for 4 remote workers. It’s everywhere in the resort (work on the beach!). The furniture was 5-star. Hotel staff cleaned every day. Easy to go to nearest town (Red Hook) for groceries, dinner, shopping, etc. A quick boat trip to St. john’s to visit beaches and catch dinner at Cruz Bay. We highly recommend it!”

relaxing vacation

This is a nice resort. It's chill and you won't find a lot of action on the resort. We pre-ordered groceries and they had everything put away in the room when we arrived. The room was decent, but had water leaking in the 3rd bedroom closet which made the floor saturated w/ water in the closet. The lady that cleaned our room, Franzia, was wonderful! The pool was nice, but low key. Service at the hotel pool was poor, but at the members pool it was good. They had table tennis, pool, and cornhole available to play. That was fun. We ate off the resort each night except one night we ordered room service and thought is was great. Overall this is a nice resort and I would come back again. ”

Beautiful resort with all amenities

We had a wonderful family vacation. The resort was great the room had a fantastic view of the ocean. We rented a car and drove to all the beaches and also took the car barge to St. John . Definitely recommend having the car if you want to explore but if you want to relax at the resort they do have a shuttle service to local shops and restaurants. Staff are very accommodating, they provide you with beach chairs and cooler if you want to go exploring outside the resort. Restaurants at the resort are great. I didn’t see a market inside but they do provide shuttle for a cost. They do provide sunscreen , lotion and bug spray by the pool free to use. Make sure to use the bug spray I totally forgot and am still scratching my bug bites.coffee is provided in the morning at the lobby, also a full bag in your room. Laundry and detergent provided in the room as well as a great selection of spices that you can request as well as anything you want for cooking. We requested a rice cooker and waffle maker. I definitely recommend taking advantage of this stay when it becomes available it’s not to be missed if you like luxury stay and beautiful beaches.”

What an extraordinary experience! The service is Ritz Carlton all the way and the room/unit is fantastic, fully appointed like a hope leaving you to want for nothing. Spacious, clean, and full of everything you could need. We enjoyed the hotel catamaran and highly recommend the daytime sailing experiences. Room service daily was amazing and the concierge treated us like royalty. We traveled as a group of friends but I can see how a family would enjoy this as well. A gorgeous full service resort back in full glory once again after $100M of post-2018 hurricane renovations (mainly to the hotel side of the property). There is absolutely zero to complain about this posh getaway in paradise except the usual twice-a-day cleaning with turn-down chocolate service is now once-daily (due to Covid) and the daily Macadamia Nut daily cookie delivery was somewhat spotty (LOL). The Lady Lindsey resort catamaran offers excellent excursions, and the resort also has a good watersport package that includes all beach water toys, including Hobie Cat sailing lessons, sea kayaks and paddleboards. Its hard to justify leaving the resort grounds given the level of pampering provided, but for those demanding the creme de-la creme of beaches, simply grab a 20 minute boat to St. John's. Also be sure to island hop for lunch at the new Lovango Cay private beach club. ”

Amazing no Matter How Many Times You Come Here

The hotel and residences had just reopened after Covid when we visited and we couldn't have asked for a better location to get away for a week. The staff were all fantastic and the hotel has been recently updated after the hurricanes so everything feels much fresher. We would recommend this resort to anyone.”

Rebuilding after Hurricane

Friends used our allocation and had a great time despite that a lot of work remains in cleaning up around the island after the hurricanes. Restaurants are slowly opening back up. The Ritz hotel remains closed. The beach has been decimated.... not to mention the large amount of seaweed.”

The facility was always clean, the room was beautiful and well appointed. While it was Covid-19 related, the fact that there was no cleaning service was a hassle. The front office staff was very helpful, but the pool staff made many mistakes. We reserved a cabana with extra chairs for example, and then extra chairs never showed up. Bar & restaurant staff on campus were great. Concierge set up everything we needed. We would go back!”

Go if you can!

We had a wonderful week at the St. Thomas RCDC where we have visited many times before. This particular unit had very easy access, and of course had a marvelous view as almost every unit has. The units are nicely furnished and updated. Our concierge Cyrecia was great, and despite the Covid crisis, everyone seemed so eager to please and made things are normal as possible. Restaurants were still open- and hopefully will stay open. We could not visit the BVI this time, but took a boat out and explored around St John. The location of the Ritz is fantastic, since it offers plenty of restaurants to eat out at in nearby Red Hook, as well as has access to the ferry to other islands. We were able to even go to dinner in St. John one night. ”

Incredible Family Experience

Our family had an incredible experience with this resort. Prior to arrival, our personal concierge Delta contacted us and ensured from the moment we arrived and even after our departure that we had everything we needed from groceries, reservations and amenities for the kids. The Club side of the resort is established and family oriented (also offer adult only pool) and the hotel side is brand new with modern amenities and fun water sports activities. We spent a majority of our time at the club side pool and beach, but did enjoy the hotel pool, water sports and dining options. The staff at the club is absolutely incredible to interact with exuding the island charm while being the upmost professionals. We loved how they all interacted with our young kiddos. The accommodations were updated and immaculate and done with the upmost quality. Room and turn down service never disappointed and went beyond to ensure kitchen was well kept, living spaces tidy and beds perfect and comfortable! We rented a private charter for the day to explore bvi and usvi islands that was a great family memory and convenient that they picked and dropped us off at the resort beach side. I can't say enough great things about the experience, we look forward to returning in the future and exploring more, but could easily spend the entire week again without leaving. There's only one con I can think of, which isn't really a con, I'm just a foodie and OK with high food cost if the food meets the bill and felt the poolside restaurants (lunch and dinner) could step up their overall food options and presentation. However, the food was very acceptable, always warm and taco options were fantastic along with other items. Another plus is children under 2 eat complimentary. Overall 5 stars all around, thank you ritz club, bell services (the kids loved all the golf cart rides around the resort), concierge, housekeeping, restaurant and pool staff for a memorable perfect flawless family vacation! ”

Phenomenal

We loved every minute of our stay at the St. Thomas Ritz Carlton Club. 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our extended family of 6. Rooms were immaculate, perfectly maintained and spacious. Every detail was thoughtfully provided—from the Saturday cocktails to receptions, guest activities and pool-side service. While the beach was small, it was very well-maintained. Not any more than a small trail of seaweed which was raked away by the staff every morning. Beautiful grounds, and the staff went out of their way to meet every guest’s needs. While there weren’t many restaurant offerings on the grounds, they are working diligently to finish the Ritz Carlton hotel and restaurants that are right next door. There was no evidence of the impact of the hurricanes at the Club, however, the Ritz Carlton Hotel is still being restored. Red Hook and the short ferry to St. John are a five minute cab ride away. We would LOVE to come back another time to explore St. John more and go on the excursions that our extended family wasn’t interested in doing. Pools were perfect—Floaties, large games on the grounds (Connect 4, Jenna, Corn Toss, Ping Pong) were super fun. ”

Luxury and Service - what more can one want???

This 3 bedroom villa was very luxurious, comfortable and fully equipped for our group of 3 couples. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had an awesome view. We used the gym daily, played trivia, ate at the pool bar and restaurant and swam in the pools and ocean. The only negative was that the beach needed refurbishment and water shoes were a necessity, but we understand that the refurbishment is coming soon What really makes this Club so special is the staff. Everyone we met was so friendly and caring. It was evident that each person truly enjoyed his job. They could not do enough for us. Can't wait for a chance to return!”

Il resort ha un aspetto migliore rispetto a prima che lo colpissero i due uragani di categoria 5 lo scorso ottobre. La direzione e il personale hanno fatto un lavoro straordinario nel riportare The Club alle condizioni in cui si trova oggi. Come sempre, il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Il tempo era fantastico. Siamo stati in spiaggia tutti i giorni. Il pranzo al Coconut Cove e la cena al Grand Palazzo Club erano deliziosi. Non c’era proprio bisogno di lasciare The Club. ”

L'appartamento era estremamente pulito e rifinito con materiali di alta qualità. Il servizio in camera, offerto due volte al giorno, era eccellente: il personale addetto alle pulizie era cordiale e attento ai minimi dettagli. Il paesaggio del resort era di prim'ordine, con diverse piscine e vasche idromassaggio. Il servizio a bordo piscina era ottimo. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del servizio e della sistemazione. Un altro soggiorno fantastico

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura diverse volte e abbiamo sempre trascorso un soggiorno fantastico. Gli alloggi sono incantevoli, il personale è cordiale e la zona del club sulla spiaggia è ombreggiata da alberi e ombrelloni. Ci è dispiaciuto moltissimo dover rinunciare al nostro ultimo soggiorno a causa dei danni causati dall’uragano e non vediamo l’ora di tornare in questa struttura in futuro.

Cosa c'è di meglio di una settimana in paradiso?

Beh, due, ovviamente! Ci godiamo tantissimo i nostri soggiorni e non ci stanchiamo mai dei panorami e delle splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca con acque turchesi cristalline! Quando si è presentata l’occasione di prolungare la nostra vacanza di una settimana grazie a Third Home, non abbiamo esitato un attimo. Con tutti i comfort e il lusso offerti dal Ritz Carlton, questa struttura è davvero unica. Se cercate un’esperienza di prima classe... non cercate oltre!

Un altro soggiorno perfetto in paradiso!

Se state cercando una vacanza in un resort di lusso con tutti i vantaggi di un appartamento privato ben arredato, comprensivo di due suite matrimoniali king-size affacciate sull'oceano con una vista mozzafiato sulle acque turchesi dei Caraibi, una terza camera con due letti singoli, cucina completa, sala da pranzo e soggiorno, oltre alla comodità di un hotel Ritz Carlton a 5 stelle adiacente con tutti i servizi, allora non cercate oltre. Il Ritz Club offre tutta l'ospitalità che vi aspettate... e anche di più. Tante ottime opzioni all'interno e all'esterno della struttura per la ristorazione e gli sport acquatici. Prendete in considerazione l'idea di noleggiare uno yacht per la giornata ed esplorare le numerose spiagge appartate delle Isole Vergini Americane e Britanniche! Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!”

Proprio sul lungomare, a pochi passi dall'acqua

In realtà possediamo un appartamento con due camere da letto proprio in questo complesso, ma in un altro edificio, quindi questa è stata un'ottima occasione per soggiornare in un appartamento con tre camere da letto nell'edificio Lily. Inoltre, tutti gli appartamenti sono stati completamente ristrutturati e i nuovi arredi, nei toni tenui del blu, dell'azzurro e del verde, erano davvero rilassanti e rinfrescanti. Lily è anche l'edificio più vicino alla spiaggia e al mare: il nostro appartamento distava forse una quindicina di metri dalla riva! Inoltre, questo edificio offre una vista mozzafiato dalla terza camera da letto sul retro sulla baia di Red Hook e sulle piccole isole sullo sfondo. La vista frontale offre una vista senza ostacoli su St. Joan e sull'oceano, che altro si può dire. Questa volta abbiamo viaggiato con un'altra famiglia che soggiornava nel nostro appartamento per la prima volta, e c'era spazio più che sufficiente per tutti e sei. Oltre ad essere più vicino alla spiaggia, questo edificio è l'ultimo del complesso, quindi era un po' più tranquillo, il che era piacevole, ma anche molto comodo per raggiungere il campo da basket, la nuova area barbecue e la sala riservata ai membri, dove si trovano il concierge e il personale pronti ad aiutarvi in qualsiasi modo. ”

Una fantastica vacanza ai Caraibi

Il Ritz Carlton di St. Thomas era un fantastico appartamento con tre camere da letto, in grado di ospitare comodamente tre coppie. Il personale del Ritz era esattamente all'altezza delle aspettative che ci si aspetta da un Ritz Carlton. Se amate trascorrere del tempo ai Caraibi, vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare al Ritz Carlton Destination Club di St. Thomas. ”

Il resort ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa! Appartamento incantevole e spazioso... giardini splendidi e ben curati... vista spettacolare sul mare. Ottimi servizi... piscine e sport acquatici disponibili in loco. Servizio di pulizia due volte al giorno. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Concierge a disposizione per organizzare le escursioni. Numerosi ristoranti in loco e nelle vicinanze, facilmente raggiungibili in taxi. Ci sono piaciute particolarmente l'escursione in barca a vela e lo snorkeling con Lady Lyndsey, nonché i bagni a Island Time Virgin Gorda e lo snorkeling nelle grotte di Norman Island. Una delle migliori vacanze che abbiamo mai fatto. La migliore delle proprietà di 3rd Home in cui abbiamo soggiornato... ne sarete entusiasti.

Abbiamo trascorso qui una settimana di recente ed è stato fantastico. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti da Red Hook, la piccola zona di St. Thomas dove si concentrano la vita notturna e i ristoranti, anche se all’interno della struttura c’era già molto da fare e da mangiare. La nostra camera offriva una vista mozzafiato da tre balconi separati e si affacciava su Great Bay. I lettini da spiaggia sono proprio in riva al mare, a pochi passi dalla camera. Il Ritz dispone di tre o quattro imbarcazioni diverse con cui organizza escursioni giornaliere. Abbiamo fatto snorkeling nelle grotte, visitato le terme a Virgin Gorda, preso una lezione di vela e fatto il bagno a Turtle Cay... tutto partendo dalla struttura. Il tempo era splendido. Non c'era molta gente al resort la settimana in cui siamo stati lì, ma il personale non avrebbe potuto essere più gentile. ”

Soggiorno del 5 novembre

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Il resort è stupendo e le sistemazioni sono davvero molto belle. Il personale è incredibilmente cordiale e accogliente. Abbiamo mangiato in tutti i ristoranti tranne uno e il cibo era di prim’ordine. C’è anche una zona con bar e ristoranti molto carini a pochi minuti di distanza, a Red Hook, se si ha voglia di uscire un po’. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Un'isola incantevole e persone meravigliose al Ritz Residence. La mia famiglia di sette persone si è trovata davvero a proprio agio. Il personale ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta senza eccezioni. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi!

Ottimo resort

Nel complesso, questa è una struttura eccellente. Il personale è più che disponibile e si assicura che ogni dettaglio del vostro soggiorno sia curato nei minimi particolari. La posizione sull'isola è ottima e abbastanza appartata rispetto agli altri resort e ai turisti. Red Hook è proprio dietro l'angolo e offre tutti i servizi necessari, oltre a un facile accesso a qualsiasi altra isola per una gita di un giorno. Non è la spiaggia migliore dell'isola per lo snorkeling e il nuoto, ma è comunque godibile. Le camere potrebbero avere un'illuminazione leggermente migliore, ma sono molto spaziose e ben tenute. Anche il servizio di pulizia giornaliero è un punto a favore.

Bellissimo!!!

Le Ritz Residences a St. Thomas sono fantastiche. I servizi includono Wi-Fi e palestra e, con un supplemento giornaliero di 75 dollari a camera, è possibile usufruire di tavole da paddleboard, kayak, attrezzatura per lo snorkeling e Hobbie Cat da utilizzare nella baia. L'appartamento era pulito e bellissimo, con una splendida vista che spaziava dall'oceano alle montagne. Il personale era cordiale e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!

La nostra famiglia ha davvero apprezzato la comodità del Ritz Destination Club! Il servizio in camera, il servizio di pulizia giornaliero e i numerosi ristoranti in loco hanno reso questo posto un luogo da cui non vorresti mai andartene. Lo snorkeling è stato fantastico! Ottimo servizio a bordo piscina e anche i bambini si sono divertiti un mondo!

Ideale per le famiglie, bella spiaggia nella proprietà, vicino a Red Hook (stazione dei traghetti per St. John, meta perfetta per una fantastica gita di un giorno) e ottimo servizio offerto dalla compagnia di charter Lady Lindsey per fare snorkeling con tartarughe e razze. Gli alloggi sono carini e puliti, anche se un po’ bui e non così moderni come preferisco personalmente. Nel complesso, un soggiorno fantastico. ”

Chissà se fossimo ancora lì

Se non avete ancora provato il Ritz-Carlton Destination Club di St. Thomas, dovete assolutamente inserirlo nella vostra lista, per voi stessi, la vostra famiglia e i vostri amici. Tutti i servizi tipici di un’esperienza Ritz, ma con la spaziosità di un appartamento. Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento con tre camere da letto a soli 20 metri dalla spiaggia. Il nostro piano era quello di visitare tutte le bellissime spiagge di St. Thomas. Dopo aver visitato Megans Bay e Cokie Beach, abbiamo deciso che non c'è niente di meglio della spiaggia del Ritz!

Un'altra splendida struttura di 3rd Home. Il personale del Ritz non è secondo a nessuno: estremamente ospitale e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Il resort è di prima classe e lo consigliamo vivamente. Anche la vicinanza a St. John è un enorme vantaggio: bastano 5 minuti in taxi per raggiungere il traghetto e 15 minuti di traversata. Le spiagge di St. John sono incredibili. Se volete fare un'escursione davvero speciale, noleggiate una barca da Nauti Nymph e chiedete del Capitano Taylor. Verranno a prendervi al Ritz e ne sarete entusiasti. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.”

Una fantastica vacanza invernale

Il servizio era eccellente, l'appartamento era molto carino e ben attrezzato. I letti erano molto comodi. La spiaggia del Ritz Carlton è stata deludente perché era molto piccola, rocciosa e le sedie erano molto vicine tra loro. I ristoranti della struttura erano buoni ma troppo costosi. Abbiamo trovato molti ristoranti con la stessa qualità fuori dalla struttura a prezzi molto più ragionevoli. Abbiamo noleggiato una barca a vela per la giornata, "Alaunt", che consigliamo vivamente. Eravamo solo in 4 sulla barca e il prezzo era più ragionevole rispetto a quello della barca da 50 persone gestita dal Ritz (e della stessa dimensione). Le immersioni subacquee e lo snorkeling proprio al largo della spiaggia sono stati molto piacevoli. ”

Che meraviglia!

L'appartamento era situato in una posizione incantevole, vicinissimo alla spiaggia, ed era molto lussuoso e ben attrezzato. Il servizio del resort è stato impeccabile, ogni nostra esigenza è stata soddisfatta e, nel complesso, è stata una vacanza davvero divertente e indimenticabile. Le due camere da letto principali erano assolutamente splendide, con un ampio salotto e zona pranzo e una cucina incredibilmente ben attrezzata. Letteralmente a 30 metri dalla spiaggia, con il lusso di comodi lettini a disposizione in abbondanza. Il personale era tutto molto cordiale e simpatico - il bar locale Latitude 18 è imperdibile.... L'unico piccolo neo è che la terza camera da letto (matrimoniale) e il bagno sembravano deludenti rispetto alle altre due, ma perfettamente funzionali e confortevoli. Le altre due camere matrimoniali erano di lusso e di altissima qualità. Non vorrei dover usare il divano letto: non credo proprio che si possa dire che ci stiano otto persone, soprattutto perché ci sono solo 6 sedie attorno ai tavoli, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Un resort di altissima qualità ed è stato un vero piacere trascorrervi la settimana.”

Un posto fantastico nelle Isole Vergini americane

Il nostro soggiorno al Ritz Carlton Destination Club di St. Thomas non avrebbe potuto essere migliore. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato disponeva di tre camere da letto e tre bagni e mezzo: spazio più che sufficiente per due famiglie, ma perfetto per due coppie. Il Destination Club ha una hall separata e un servizio di concierge molto disponibile. Si ha anche accesso al resto della struttura, compreso l'hotel. Ci sono due spiagge e così tante piscine che non si riescono a contare. Ovviamente, trattandosi di un Ritz Carlton, un cheeseburger con patatine fritte al ristorante sulla spiaggia costa quasi 30 dollari, tuttavia tutto il cibo era eccellente. Le spiagge sono fantastiche e abbiamo trascorso almeno due giorni semplicemente rilassandoci lì. Abbiamo fatto la crociera al tramonto sul catamarano Lady Lindsey e anche una gita di un giorno alle Isole Vergini Britanniche con un charter privato; il traghetto per St. John a Red Hook è molto vicino. Tutto sommato, tornerei sicuramente, poiché questo è il luogo perfetto da cui partire per un viaggio alle Isole Vergini Americane e Britanniche.

Il Ritz Destination Club è stata una vacanza meravigliosa per la nostra famiglia. Panorami mozzafiato, personale gentile e divertenti sport acquatici disponibili direttamente sulla spiaggia a un costo aggiuntivo. Preparatevi, avrete bisogno di un taxi o di un'auto a noleggio per lasciare la struttura, poiché il resort è isolato. La nostra famiglia ha apprezzato molto la struttura e, quando abbiamo avuto voglia di qualcosa di diverso, abbiamo noleggiato una barca per le Isole Vergini Britanniche ed è stato fantastico. Lo snorkeling era perfetto per tutte le età e abbiamo visto tantissimi splendidi esemplari di fauna marina. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare l'anno prossimo e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura. ”

Una vacanza fantastica! Una posizione fantastica!

Appena arrivati ci siamo sentiti davvero speciali. Tutto il personale ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che avessimo tutto il necessario per la nostra vacanza. Offrono persino un servizio che permette di acquistare generi alimentari online e farseli consegnare direttamente in appartamento. È stato fantastico!! Abbiamo trovato tutto pronto ad accoglierci. La cameriera (Francene) ci ha persino portato dei fiori freschi! Anche i ristoranti in loco erano meravigliosi. Il panino al pesce sulla spiaggia era incredibile! Sì, c'è anche il bar e il servizio di ristorazione sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo navigato con un Hobie Cat intorno alla baia e un giorno abbiamo fatto anche un'escursione sulle Isole Vergini Britanniche con un motoscafo Say Ray da 45 piedi. Un posto fantastico dove soggiornare a St. Thomas

Il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Era ben arredata e perfetta per la nostra famiglia di cinque persone. Un ulteriore vantaggio è la posizione al piano terra dell’edificio. Ci sono dei patii che si affacciano su entrambe le camere da letto principali e sulla zona giorno, dove è possibile prendere il caffè al mattino a pochi passi dall'acqua e dalla piscina per adulti. Il personale si è preso cura di noi in modo eccellente e i servizi di ristorazione del destination club e dell'hotel Ritz Carlton sono ottimi. Con un breve tragitto in taxi si raggiunge Red Hook, dove si trovano altri ristoranti e il traghetto per St John. In alcuni mesi, in questa parte della spiaggia, si verifica un problema di alghe, quindi è bene tenerlo presente. Il personale si impegna a fondo per tenerla pulita, tuttavia abbiamo camminato lungo la spiaggia per un centinaio di metri circa per trovare un punto in cui entrare senza doverci passare in mezzo nella nostra zona della spiaggia. Non è un grosso problema, ma è bene saperlo. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico e non esiteremmo a tornarci.”

Il paradiso perfetto!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Ritz-Carlton di St. Thomas! Una volta lasciata alle spalle la frenesia di St. Thomas e arrivati al resort, ci si ritrova in paradiso! I giardini e i panorami sono stupendi! Le camere sono arredate con grande gusto, confortevoli, pulite ogni giorno e ben attrezzate con tutto il necessario. All’interno della struttura ci sono diversi ottimi ristoranti e l’hotel offre fantastici sport acquatici e attività (a pagamento, ma a prezzi ragionevoli). Abbiamo noleggiato una barca privata per due giorni alle Isole Vergini Britanniche e un giorno abbiamo preso un traghetto per Water Island. Escursioni fantastiche! È stato bello visitare altre zone dei Caraibi, ma sarebbe stato fantastico anche rimanere al resort per tutta la settimana. Le sistemazioni, il personale, il cibo, i servizi... tutto eccellente! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!”

Un resort di prima classe!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso il bellissimo Ritz Carlton Club sull'isola di St. Thomas. L'appartamento con tre camere da letto era ben attrezzato e arredato con gusto. I giardini del resort sono ben curati e incantevoli. C'erano tantissime cose da fare: abbiamo preso una barca per le Isole Vergini Britanniche per una giornata di mare e per gustare i famosi "Painkiller" al Soggy Dollar Bar. Una vacanza da sogno!

Momenti divertenti a St. Thomas

Siamo appena tornati da St. Thomas e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il Ritz è fantastico, l'appartamento era proprio come ce lo aspettavamo e il resort offre diversi ristoranti carini, piscine e attività acquatiche. Siamo andati a St John un paio di volte per goderci le spiagge e fare escursioni, e abbiamo anche noleggiato un motoscafo per raggiungere Gorda, nelle Isole Vergini Britanniche (a circa 1 ora e 15 minuti di barca, a seconda delle condizioni del mare); siamo andati a Little Dix Bay (Rosewood Resort) per pranzo e abbiamo fatto un salto anche al Bitter End Yacht Club. Il tempo era fantastico, tutto è stato fantastico. Grazie per averci permesso di soggiornare nel vostro posto incantevole!!”

Un soggiorno incantevole e rilassante

Mi aspettavo un resort affollato, dato che era il periodo delle vacanze di primavera, e immaginavo il tipico condominio che si trova in molti hotel. Mi sbagliavo su tutto. Questo resort era incantevole e non mi è mai sembrato troppo affollato, specialmente nella zona "residence", che, a quanto pare, aveva la spiaggia più bella e una piscina riservata agli adulti molto tranquilla proprio di fronte. La parte migliore era la vista mozzafiato da questo appartamento. Era un vero piacere svegliarsi ogni mattina e fare colazione sulla terrazza privata principale affacciata sulla baia e su St. Johns, con la fresca brezza dell'isola che faceva ondeggiare le palme tutt'intorno. Dico "veranda principale" perché ogni camera da letto principale (le due camere anteriori erano ugualmente fantastiche) aveva anche il proprio balcone. L'appartamento era molto spazioso per il nostro gruppo di 7 persone e molto confortevole. Il tempo è stato favoloso durante il nostro soggiorno e tra le attività più belle abbiamo noleggiato una barca a motore del Ritz per la giornata e siamo andati sulle isole per fare snorkeling, osservare le tartarughe marine, pranzare e fare un tuffo a Caneel Bay, una serata molto divertente a St. Johns e giornate trascorse utilizzando tutte le attrezzature acquatiche non motorizzate del resort (navigazione in catamarano, paddle boarding, ecc.) Sebbene di notte il resort chiudesse presto e diventasse molto tranquillo, durante il giorno c'era sempre molto da fare. C'era anche un ottimo ristorante italiano chiamato Essenza, dove ci siamo seduti proprio vicino all'acqua e abbiamo gustato due pasti deliziosi. Abbiamo trovato che il Palazzo Club non fosse un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, ma i ragazzi hanno adorato fare colazione lì sulla terrazza esterna con una splendida vista sulla baia. Non esiterei a tornarci!”

Una cornice incantevole

Il Ritz-Carlton Destination Club di St. Thomas sorge in una splendida baia con una vista eccezionale su St. John e, più in là, su Tortola. La struttura è un grande resort molto ben tenuto e il personale della reception e delle pulizie si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e cortese. L'appartamento con 3 camere da letto in cui abbiamo soggiornato era estremamente spazioso e confortevole e i servizi erano di ottima qualità: saponi Asprey, ecc. Abbiamo riscontrato margini di miglioramento nei servizi di ristorazione. La maggior parte dei ristoranti della struttura era costosa e non all'altezza del livello del "Servizio Leggendario" del Ritz-Carlton. Ciò è esemplificato dal fatto che il cameriere non conosceva la lista dei vini e molti dei vini presenti in lista non erano più disponibili. Inoltre, proprio fuori dal bagno del loro ristorante principale c'era un secchio con uno straccio, il che era sgradevole alla vista e non all'altezza della formazione del Ritz-Carlton. Il servizio al ristorante in generale era lento e c'erano pochissime opzioni per chi desiderava mangiare sano. ”

Un'esperienza fantastica

La mia famiglia è appena tornata dal Ritz Club a St. Thomas. L'appartamento era bellissimo e si trovava al piano terra. Ogni mattina uscivamo dal nostro patio privato e raggiungevamo le sedie a sdraio riservate a soli 3 metri di distanza. Il servizio era eccellente e il tempo era perfetto. Ho ordinato la spesa tramite il servizio di consegna del Ritz, così al nostro arrivo la cucina era già rifornita. I ristoranti all'aperto dall'atmosfera informale erano perfetti per noi e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la musica dal vivo al Sails il martedì. Eravamo un gruppo di 4 adulti e 2 bambini. Tra l'hotel e le piscine del club, il kayak e lo snorkeling, siamo stati tutti impegnati e ci siamo divertiti moltissimo per l'intero soggiorno. Nessuno di noi voleva andarsene! Fantastico!”

La posizione migliore sulla spiaggia di Great Bay

Spazioso appartamento ben arredato che offre, dal patio, alcune delle migliori viste su St. John. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e lontano dal trambusto del resort. È il meglio di entrambi i mondi: il servizio e i comfort del Ritz Carlton e la flessibilità di poter usufruire di una cucina completa e di confortevoli zone giorno. La posizione dell'appartamento consente di raggiungere rapidamente a piedi Red Hook (circa 2,4 km) per fare la spesa, andare al ristorante e godersi la vita notturna. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Speriamo di tornare. ”

Ritz Carlton St. Thomas

Siamo appena tornati da una settimana al Ritz Carlton di St. Thomas. Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati molto bene. La villa con tre camere da letto era molto bella, con una splendida vista sull'oceano da due delle camere e dal soggiorno. Tutto era pulito e i servizi erano ottimi. Il concierge è stato molto disponibile nell'aiutarci con le prenotazioni per la cena, il golf e le gite in barca. La spa è molto tranquilla e i servizi sono ottimi. Ci siamo goduti la spiaggia e le piscine. Offrono anche lezioni di yoga (con vista sull'oceano) e altre attività di fitness, oltre a un centro fitness. Il residence dispone di un nuovo ristorante proprio all'ultimo piano di uno degli edifici. Chiedete di sedervi all'aperto, dove l'ampia vetrata offre una splendida vista. E il cibo è eccellente.”

Una settimana meravigliosa

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno al Ritz di St. Thomas. La villa era bellissima, con vista sul mare. Il servizio era eccellente. Tutto era perfetto. C'erano tantissime attività. I ristoranti erano fantastici. Il cibo era delizioso. Non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Consiglio vivamente questa destinazione. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Senza dubbio cinque stelle...”

Semplicemente fantastico

Il mio recente soggiorno al Ritz-Carlton Club nella splendida St. Thomas può essere riassunto in una sola parola: fantastico. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo assaporato ogni meraviglioso istante di questa vacanza magica e tanto necessaria. Al momento del check-in, le gentilissime signore alla reception ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa con la loro calorosa accoglienza. Sono state molto disponibili e il loro servizio è stato eccellente. Il facchino è stato più che felice di aiutarci a portare i bagagli alla Residenza. Durante il nostro soggiorno, l'intero staff ha fatto di tutto per rendere la nostra vacanza la migliore e la più memorabile possibile; questo è stato sicuramente il servizio Ritz-Carlton. Il servizio di pulizia due volte al giorno è stato un PLUS! L'area della piscina era fantastica e la vista era davvero pittoresca. La mia unica lamentela è che siamo dovuti partire! Avrei davvero voluto poter rimanere più a lungo. In conclusione, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Ritz-Carlton Club! ”
