The Lone Palm House - Romantic Spanish Villa with Detached Casita

This home was one of the first built in Palm Springs' legendary neighborhood of Old Las Palmas which exudes old-world Spanish charm. Built in 1937 on an 8,700 square foot lot, The Lone Palm House is centrally located just steps from Palm Canyon Drive and has a private pool making it the ultimate oasis.

As you walk up to the front door, you will be enchanted by the private front yard and darling exterior window seat by the front door. Upon entry, the continuation of Spanish design will captivate you. The dramatic river rock fireplace, exposed wooden beams, and warm stone floors invite you in. Luxurious furnishings pull the space together to create an inviting ambiance for all. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, while the dining table makes the perfect place for your family to come together after a full day of activities or relaxation.

The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, a flat screen television, a private en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and glass doors opening to the pool deck. The main house guest room has a queen-sized bed, shower/bath, walk-in closet, and a flat screen television.

The one-bedroom, one-bath detached Casita (added to the property in 1951) has a queen-size bed, shower/bath, walk-in closet, and ample living space with a kitchenette and a 70" flat screen television. This additional space is perfect for multiple family stays or an in-law suite.

The pool deck features a tiled pool & hot tub, pergola (cov­ered, outdoor din­ing area), hilltop seating area with stunning mountain views, two gas fire pits, and an outdoor shower.

The Arrive Hotel next door is within walking distance. You're more than welcome to enjoy their poolside restaurant and bar, Ice Cream and Shop(pe), and the Cartel Coffee Lab.
