The Waterfront Singer Lane Getaway presents an enduring lakeside charm throughout every season, regardless of the weather. Nestled within the Silver Birches Resort, this retreat seamlessly blends the seclusion of a private rental home with the convenience of a full-service resort, offering access to abundant natural sanctuaries, parks, and hiking trails in the vicinity. The Glass wine.bar.kitchen at Ledges Hotel, the Cocoon Coffee House, and the flagship Settlers Inn with its farm-to-table restaurant collectively present guests with the quintessential Lake Wallenpaupack and Hawley, PA experience.

Singer Lane Getaway is a proud member of the Settlers Hospitality Group, a family-owned and operated venture in the realm of hospitality, featuring hotels, inns, resorts, restaurants, and a comprehensive catering business. Established by Jeanne & Grant Genzlinger in 1978, Settlers Hospitality currently encompasses 200 guest accommodations, four restaurants, a fully equipped fitness facility, a coffee house, and a multi-site catering service. The team is delighted to extend a warm welcome to guests and encourages exploration of all locations during their stay.

Visitors to Singer Lane Getaway are invited to immerse themselves in the offerings of Silver Birches Resort. The Dock on Wallenpaupack, our restaurant, is at your service for lunch and dinner every day of the week. Guests of Singer Lane Getaway enjoy charging privileges for restaurant and bar expenses. During warmer seasons, the Recreation Center adjacent to the Pool & Pool Bar provides complimentary access to kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. The outdoor pool, open in-season and weather permitting, is available to all guests. Our Pool Bar, offering snacks and refreshments in-season, allows guests to conveniently charge expenses to their guestroom.

To ensure a comfortable stay, Singer Lane Getaway is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen featuring dishware, silverware, glassware, and cooking & bakeware. We provide linens and towels, along with toiletries and essential paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additionally, a starter kit of coffee pods, creamer, and sugar packs for the Keurig machine is thoughtfully provided.

There is a mandatory resort fee of $30/day from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through the Sunday of Columbus Day weekend, and $20/day from Columbus Day through the Thursday before Memorial Day.

Winter break

Silver Birches is a quaint Pocono resort with several dining options and on site activities. We went skiing to several different mountain ranges all within an hour of each other. The drives through the state park were peaceful and felt wintery as we were lucky to get in town on Christmas Day following a recent snow storm. The lake house is one of several with identical 3 level floor plans each with its own en suite and amenities needed for a stay. The resort registration desk was available to help provide anything the house may not have had. The main floor has a gas fireplace we used daily and the lake view was awesome to bird watch. The lake was frozen and we witnessed a bald eagle, deer, and a weasel. Overall, nice experience. The basement floor would have been perfect if there was more of an entertainment vibe, eg pool table, air hockey, etc... Thank you!”
