Fantastic Spring Break Vacation

Our group of 11 had an absolutely incredible time here. Our kids, ranging in age from 7 to 20, never had a moment of boredom. The house had all kinds of things to keep them entertained and making memories that will last a lifetime. And there was plenty of space for everyone - when we wanted to get away from all the excitement, it was easy to find a quite spot. Thank you so very much to Monica, who was available whenever we needed her. Honestly this trip couldn't have gone any better.”

Our stay at this wonderful home, which directly faces Lake LBJ was flawless. The entire interior of the house has been very recently rebuilt/redone and it has every comfort one could want. The entire ground floor becomes what is essentially a covered open air entertainment space because it has three garage doors to open. This space has many toys that will keep both adults and children entertained for hours, plus its own kitchen space and audio system. The upstairs area is large, with four bedrooms and two kitchen/living room great rooms. There are two large bedrooms on the side of the house facing the lake, and each was quite comfortable with its own en suite bathroom. Moving away from the lake you enter the second large living room/kitchen area. The kids who were with us spent a lot of time there watching the TV shows that they desired. Then there are two more bedrooms, which are set up to handle several more than two people each. We had six adults and five children in the house for at least part of the week and everyone was comfortable. As you enter the backyard space, between the house and the lake, there is a large plunge pool with an integrated hot tub. We spent many hours out in that area. There is dock space in case you wish to rent a boat for the day. And, the lake depth off the dock ensures that you won’t hit the bottom when you jump off of the dock. Finally, there is a terrific fire pit with several chairs around it and we spent many hours in the evening as an extended family talking and enjoying life. We don’t have a single complaint or suggestion on improvements we might make. The home’s owner was readily accessible to answer questions and that was a big plus. 10 on a 5 point scale!”
