Set in Port St. Joe’s WindMark Beach North community, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom coastal home offers approximately 2,182 square feet of living space for up to 14 guests. Gulf views, community boardwalk access to WindMark Beach and easy access to neighborhood pools, trails and nearby dining make the home well suited to relaxed stays along Florida’s Forgotten Coast.

The open living, dining and kitchen area provides a comfortable central gathering space. The kitchen features granite countertops, an island with seating, stainless steel appliances and a pantry, while the adjacent dining and living areas offer plenty of room for families and groups to spend time together.

The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen bed and the third has two bunk beds. The fourth bedroom has a double Murphy bed and a bunk bed and forms part of a private in-law suite with its own entrance, kitchen and laundry. Three full bathrooms serve the home, including a primary bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower.

Outdoor living includes a covered patio with lounge seating and a gas grill, with sunset views toward the Gulf providing a scenic backdrop in the evenings. An outdoor shower is convenient after time at the beach, while the garage is stocked with two kayaks, beach gear and a ping pong table for additional recreation.

Guests have community boardwalk access to WindMark Beach. The community also offers two shared outdoor pools, including one heated pool, along with a playground, walking and biking trails and scenic boardwalks throughout WindMark Beach North. The golf-cart-friendly setting provides convenient access to nearby restaurants and gathering areas.

Downtown Port St. Joe is a short drive away for local shops and dining, while St. Joseph Bay offers additional opportunities for kayaking, paddling and exploring the coast.
