Winterset Mountain Escape- World Class Skiing and Fishing

Cozy up at this recently upgraded 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 1,850 sq. ft. condo nestled among beautiful Aspens. This wonderful family home is great for all seasons- warm and comforting in winter, and cool and bright during summer!

The main, open floor has a 60 flat screen that can be adjusted to view anywhere in the room. An incredibly comfortable leather sectional couch and reclining armchair provide plenty of spaces for lounging and relaxing close to the stone hearth wood stove. Vaulted ceilings and skylights provide abundant natural lighting and charm throughout the home.

Next to the living area is a dining table that seats 6. Behind the living and dining area is the kitchen, which is nicely appointed with plenty of cookware and dishes, has plenty of high counter space for meal prep, in addition to bar chairs for casual dining or additional seating. The kitchen is open to the main living room, so your group's cook won't ever have to worry about being left out of the action!

A deck off main floor provides a sound spot for an outdoor BBQ, or simply sitting and having a drink while enjoying the company of your travel companions.

The home has two bedrooms, one master with a king bed, flatscreen TV, and full ensuite bath, a second room with a king bed and full ensuite bath, and then there is an upstairs loft which contains a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin top, double bottom). The loft makes a great room for the kids if you're traveling with family! This room is fitted with a large TV for watching movies or playing video games.

This townhouse is situated within Winterset, one of the best-located complexes in Mammoth Lakes with easy access to the resort. The complex has a nice summer pool area, including a spa and sauna. Beautiful green, grassy landscapes surround the community. You feel like you are secluded in the forest, but can enjoy the convenience of walking to many great bars, restaurants, and the main market in town. A shuttle to town is also available for those who would prefer an alternative mode of transportation.
