It's hard to match the beauty and surroundings of this custom-built Costa Rican home! The views of the jungle and the ocean from the living room, infinity pool (which you can swim into from the living room), master suite and each of the junior suites are simply amazing.

Wake up each morning to the sounds of Toucans, Aracaris and Howler monkeys. The house is frequently visited by troops of white-face and Howler monkeys, as wells as sloths and other incredible wildlife.

The massive glass windows of the living room and the second story Master Suite open to the outside and make it feel feel like you are actually in the jungle, even when you're in the privacy of the home. (A note about the master suite. The windows do not have blackout curtains. The sun comes up early. Most people see this as a feature but if early sun is not to your taste then you might not like having a view of the ocean to wake up early to.)

The home is deliberately furnished sparsely to give you that minimalist luxury feel and an escape from clutter! The focus is on the beautiful Costa Rican nature and glorious surroundings. What a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle!

Inside, you'll find two large junior suites, both with lovely ocean views. Throughout, you'll find a well-appointed interior with a contemporary aesthetic that blends well with the natural beauty outside. You'll find these incredible views in just about every corner of the home.

There are many amazing local eateries, but you'll find a fully stocked kitchen for dining in as well. There's also a separate apartment over the garage for additional space.

We also have an excellent concierge who can arrange everything you need, from private chefs to sport fishing tours to waterfall climbing to horseback rides on the beach, spa treatments and much more. If you're into surfing, you'll find incredible surf breaks and beaches nearby, as well as a plethora of other adventurous outdoor pursuits! Or, if relaxation is more your speed, kick back in or around the luxurious infinity pool.

Dominical is probably best known for its great waves, which draw surfers from all around the world. There’s much more to this quaint beach town and the surrounding stretch of coastline called the Costa Ballena than just surf though. There aren't many parts of this world that marry great mountains and coastline like Dominical does. The nearby hills provide an endless playground for wildlife and hiking enthusiasts, and the uncrowded beaches are the perfect escape for those looking to relax and unwind.
