Located on Pensacola Sound, this waterfront home features a large balconies overlooking the water, 130' private pier, a large, private pool and incomparable views!

Professionally decorated, this home offers exceptional indoor and outdoor spaces. Sandy hues and cool blues are dashed throughout the home. The calming shades reflect the colors of the beach brighten up the home, making it as peaceful as a day spent sitting in the sand.

Street side, you’ll pull into an open carport where right away you’ll see the beautiful private pool located right on the water’s edge. The pool has an incredible view of the bay and has solar heating and an artistic paver deck. Sitting at the end of the private pier, you’ll enjoy the majestic sunsets, or comeback poolside for outdoor dining on the covered porch area. The home’s carport entrance leads up the stairs to the main level living area.

Bedroom one is to the left of the stairs and has a queen bed and private bath with unique penny tile shower/tub combo. There is a half bath in the hallway that services the living/dining areas. The kitchen has a very sleek design with two full sized refrigerators, double oven, breakfast bar with electric stove top, and a wine fridge. It is open to the living and dining areas which are full of seating for everyone in your group to gather around and spend quality time together.

This central living area opens out onto the shaded main level deck. With a full sized dining table and scenic views overlooking the pool and water, this deck is the ideal spot for cocktails and breezy outdoor living.

Sleeping up to 15 people comfortably, the homes five bedrooms are complete with top-of-the-line mattresses and light linens.

Upstairs is bedroom two which offers a queen bed and private bath with colorful glassed walk-in shower.

Past the hallway laundry area is bedroom three. This is an awesome space for kids with five built-in, bunk style twin beds. It has a private bath with a really cute blue penny tile design.

Bedroom four has a queen bed with a really mod private bath and more of the retro penny tile, this time in a cool green.

A short hallway leads to the master suite. This room has a king bed and opens to a private waterfront balcony. The master bath can only be described as modernly palatial. There is a double vanity with raised sinks, a large walk-in closet, separate toilet, and huge glassed in shower. Steps lead up to the sunken tub where you can literally lose track of time soaking and enjoying the pristine waterfront views from the tub side windows.

The spacious covered deck overlooks the large gunite, heated pool that can be enjoyed nine months out of the year. The Sound is just 20 feet beyond the pools edge.

Located on the east end of Pensacola Beach within walking distance to the Gulf (assuming you would ever want to leave this Sound-front oasis). This home is perfect for your vacation get-away!

Very nice!

The home is in an excellent and quiet location with beautiful views of the sound. The beach is a 7-8 minute walk and there are several great restaurants just a quick drive away. We would definitely stay again!”

Loved our stay in this "Dream Home!"

House is spacious and well appointed. The location is really great with the dock, sound and beach nearby. The owners even left a crab-pot at the end of the dock and some bait in the freezer! How fun! We enjoyed exploring the area restaurants, Joe Patti's Seafood, golf, tennis and Flora-Bama! Thanks for a great week!”

Fantastic Relaxing Week

This was our first visit to the Florida Panhandle and such a delightful stay at the charming and spacious Gulf Breeze Dream Home! The alluring views of the water from the porches enticed us every morning for long coffee sessions. The quiet neighborhood on the cul-de-sac enhanced the peacefulness and a short five minute walk to the white sand beach made for a perfect routine. We definitely would reserve another stay! ”
