The house itself, the view of the bay and pool from the living room, a five minute walk to the beach, very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and a superb host! The whole family was thrilled with the accommodations all week. Everyone is hoping for a return trip in the near future! ”

House is spacious and well appointed. The location is really great with the dock, sound and beach nearby. The owners even left a crab-pot at the end of the dock and some bait in the freezer! How fun! We enjoyed exploring the area restaurants, Joe Patti's Seafood, golf, tennis and Flora-Bama! Thanks for a great week!”

Fantastic Relaxing Week

This was our first visit to the Florida Panhandle and such a delightful stay at the charming and spacious Gulf Breeze Dream Home! The alluring views of the water from the porches enticed us every morning for long coffee sessions. The quiet neighborhood on the cul-de-sac enhanced the peacefulness and a short five minute walk to the white sand beach made for a perfect routine. We definitely would reserve another stay! ”

There are so many good things to say about this wonderful home. Loved the location right on the bay. The dock provided hours of activity with fishing and crabbing. The pool was the perfect respite after a day at the beach. Inside each well appointed room had its own bathroom. A plus with my family and friends. The owner are very easy to work with and very responsive. We will be back.”

Great Views and Close to Beach!

This home nicely accommodated three families with plenty of space for everyone. It was a short walk to the beach and had great views of the bay. I especially appreciated that we were able to bring our dog for the week and the owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the cable TV. We would definitely stay here again!”

The house was very special and the owners were incredible. We had never stayed in Pensacola Beach before and we would definitely do it it again. In addition to being super hospitable, the owners are locals to the area and provided us a great list of local favorite restaurants and things to do. It can be challenging to navigate restaurant options in vacation destinations and this list truly made the trip. The house was open and bright with wall to wall views of the bay. The private dock is the perfect place for a quick swim or to take in the sunsets over the bay. The access to the beautiful gulf beaches was and easy two block walk and had a very private feel being a couple miles down the beach from the "downtown" area. We look forward to going back soon!”

Gulf Coast Beauty

Our group had a great time in this will appointed waterside home in Gulf Breeze. We cooked in the great kitchen, grilled on the big grill, enjoyed the beauty of the beaches and wonderful fresh seafood. The house is great! Would do it again in a heartbeat!”
