Spanning approximately 2,800 square feet across two levels, the residence features a private saltwater pool and is situated approximately 150 yards from beach access. The nearby communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach offer additional opportunities for dining, shopping, and exploring the Gulf Coast.

Inside, oak hardwood floors, white shiplap walls, and coastal-inspired furnishings create a bright and comfortable setting. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas provide space for gathering, with a full kitchen for preparing meals and dining accommodations for up to fifteen. Large windows bring natural light into the living spaces, complementing the home's neutral palette and contemporary coastal finishes.

The residence features five bedrooms and five full bathrooms across two levels. Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and one bedroom with a Twin bunk bed. The bedrooms provide comfortable spaces to unwind, while the home's layout offers room for families and groups traveling together.

Outdoor living centers around the private saltwater pool, surrounded by a deck with lounge seating. Covered front and rear decks provide additional places to relax, while the backyard entertainment area features a fire pit, cornhole, and a dartboard.
