Beautiful home, could use some TLC

The home is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. I also have some constructive criticism. This is a luxury home. It is advertised has having a pool and hot tub. When we received check-in instructions two days prior to check in, it stated we had to pay $75/day to heat the pool and hot tub and we could not choose to heat just the hot tub. If we chose to have the pool heated we were to alert them a week before check-in, which clearly was not possibly given we were not told this until two days prior. We also were not told prior to reserving the property this was an extra charge. We did get this cleared up and the hot tub was included in our stay. The only caveat is we didn't get it working until our last night there.. After multiple communications back and forth with the owner, someone was sent out to get it up and running. The check-in instructions also stated a "starter pack" of essentials which were laundry detergent (there was none supplied) dish soap (a 2oz bottle), and dishwasher packs (two). When you spend the extra for a 'luxury' home and experience, you expect the essentials to be stocked, not to have to spend a day shopping to supply those essentials. I have yet to rent an Airbnb (we travel a lot, and all over the world) where I had to supply those essentials. A few of the nice stainless steel pans (love you have those and not non-stick!) had baked on food stains. Had you supplied something like Bon Ami, good kitchen sponges and scrubbers, we would have cleaned them up. But we could not get them clean with what you supplied. We were supplied two kitchen towels (for a weeks stay) yet no laundry detergent to clean them. The alarm on the sliding door out to the pool can be disarmed when going out, but not coming in. So every time you open the door to come in, the piercing alarm goes off. Annoying to say the least. This home is trying to be sold into a fractional ownership program. As owners in another program,, the homes we 'own' supply things like foil, plastic wrap, salt and pepper and even a few spices. This home had absoluteluy nothing, and as mentioned, not even enough dish soap or dishwasher pods for a week stay and no Bon Ami to help keep the pots and pans nice for future guests. The drip coffee pot filter was full of mold that had to be scraped out, hand washed, then put in dishwasher. The Keurig needed to be descaled. We moved the coffee table aside to do some stretching on the rug. The rug was filthy with dirty and crumbs, so we vacuumed it ourselves before doing our stretches. SO, love the home and the location! I also hope you take into consideration the construction criticism because you have a wonderful property! ”

Brilliant! Best beach in 30A (Inlet Beach) - great house for families

Really enjoyed our stay at the GRAND PEARL of 30A. The host was very accommodating and the house was exquisite. Beautiful, large floor plan for hosting our large party, great pool, and an easy walk to some of Florida's most beautiful beaches. Inlet beach is amazing. Great stay! ”
