July 2026Tranquil cabin
We stayed at this beautiful cabin in late July for a four-day motorcycle rally in Kimberley. Unfortunately there was a few wildfires burning nearby, so the smoke haze cut down on the outdoor activity and visibility, but we tried not to let it hamper us too much since the local evacuation order was under advisement and not mandatory. The owner was very responsive and gave us the option to cancel our trip a couple of days before due to the fires, but we opted to go anyways. We are so glad we did. We have traversed 48 of the 50 United States on a motorcycle and nothing has come close to the beauty of the Canadian Rockies. We rode to Lake Louise, Banff National Park and some of western Alberta. Everywhere we looked was like being in a postcard. We will have many fond memories of British Columbia. The cabin setting was so private and peaceful, surrounded by majestic pines and mountains. We enjoyed sitting on the covered front patio and admiring the wildlife strolling by like deer, skunks and raccoons. Although we did not use much of the cabin since it was just my wife and I, the cabin was clearly designed to accommodate many people and I'm sure has made many lasting memories for many families. The cabin was well appointed with comfortable furniture and appliances. We bought some coffee pods to use in the Kuerig coffee maker, but it would not work with several of the K-cup pods we bought, so I'm not sure what was going on there? Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the cabin very much. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for sharing your stunning home with us. ”

February 2026Amazing Luxury Log Cabin Stay!
We loved our stay in Kimberly! The log cabin was the perfect place to come home to after a day on the slopes. From the beautiful home touches, the well equipped kitchen, the hot tub and to the cozy fireplace we could not have asked for a better place to stay with family and friends. Mehgan is a wonderful host and helped us so much in planning for and enjoying our stay. We hope to come again!”
