Outstanding place for a family vacation!

My family and I had a great time and enjoyed one of the best beaches and resorts in Mexico. The apartment has really big spaces, a magnificent open view, you listen to the ocean all the time. The owner is very nice, my husband had a chance to meet with him and we really had a wonderful stay. Aimee, from the concierge service, is excellent and very helpful. She was always giving us useful information, helping with reservations, etc. Three rooms, the ones we used, are excellent, in size, with full bath each, the fourth one is more like the washing and drying machine area, more like a service room. We would definitively love to go back soon and enjoy this magic place. ”

Perfect Vacation Spot

Hacienda de Mita is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Punta Mita coast. The condo is large and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace. It is located inside the Punta Mita gate and we had access to a private beach club and a wonderful walking and biking trail. One of the best aspects of the property is the fact that you are a 5 minute walk along the beach from a number of beachfront restaurants that offer spectacular food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Finally, Laura, the owners housekeeper, is a wonderful cook in her own right making it easy to spend a lazy day reading and relaxing with absolutely no worries. Great spot, great vacation. ”

Fabulous Home in Punta Mita

I had the pleasure of staying in Juan Carlos Yamin's home in Hacienda De Mita. The home itself was beautiful, spacious and had a fabulous location about 100 yards from the beach. The huge back deck was so comfortable and the sound of the waves was unending both inside and out. Since the home was in the gated community of Punta Mita, I had lots of dining options within the gates and the town of Punta de Mita was walking distance from the house where I enjoyed an authentic Mexican meal overlooking the ocean. Juan Carlos was the consummate host and he had his housekeeper meet me to get me settled in. She offered my a cold glass of fruit punch and made sure I was familiar with the home. I hope to return to Hacienda De Mita soon and bring my family for another fabulous getaway. ”

Amazing Property

Hacienda De Mita exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, everything was perfect, the service was the best we had ever encountered and the location of this particular unit could not be better. Juan, the owner, was very quick to answer any questions and was a great help to coordinate our vacation. Our full time house keeper was incredible. She prepared breakfast for us each day and also prepared lunch when we weren’t out exploring. We chartered a boat for a snorkeling / island trip and decided it was so much fun that we would charter a boat for a trip into Puerto Vallarta. The restaurants were amazing and again the service was so friendly and outstanding that is shocked us. Plenty to do and all very conveniently located. We would strongly advise that you not rent a car and use the limo service from the airport to the resort. The rental cars stick out like a sore thumb and we found out that the local police shake tourist down for money on your way to the airport. It was an awful experience but we were glad to get out of there only $100 lighter and still able to get on our flight. The people two rows behind us on our flight out had the exact same experience. ”
