Wonderful location and the management staff was so helpful. This was our second time to stay at this Isle of Palms home.”

Isle of Palms - A memorable Newk Year!
We had the pleasure of arriving on a sunny, spring day. We got to enjoy sitting outside and eating a lovely lunch at Poe's. We got to enjoy our beautiful backyard that abutted the Atlantic and happily played football on the beach. We rode our rented bikes all over the place and enjoyed exploring. We took a trip into Charleston to explore the sights there. We really enjoyed the lovely island. THEN the snow came! But being from Chicago, we are used to much worse! We still enjoyed walking on the beach, playing football on the beach and even riding our bikes. We got to be part of something that rarely happens in South Carolina - a snow storm! We enjoyed the locals who did their very best to keep running during the snow/cold snap that followed. Our hosts were very good about helping us tend to the house while we were there. These houses are clearly not prepared to stand up to all the cold/snow that happened, but we still all enjoyed our stay. We hear this happens once every 28 years or so. The property is lovely, and I'm glad we were able to enjoy this quaint "island paradise!" Jodi and Joe”
We had a wonderful week at this lovely oceanfront home. We loved all the different outdoor balconies and sitting areas overlooking the ocean. The house was very nicely furnished, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The owners were very responsive, too. We'd be happy to stay here again!”
Christmas in Charleston
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Charleston Sands. The home was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday that included beach walks, dinners prepared in the well stocked kitchen, and puzzle and game nights! Very relaxing week.”
