” Lovely apartment, though arrival and setup were complicated

The flat is very nice, the area is really interesting, it is a new London development with shops , flats, offices,, restaurants, the tube a five minutes walk and the bios stop also very conveniently located. Some inconveniences: we did not receive any instructions or guidelines before arrival. When we arrived, it was a bit complicated to find the concierge and get into the flat. We ended up waiting almost an hour before someone opened the door. We also had no Wi-Fi for four days because there was no modem, and the washing machine didn’t work at first since it wasn’t properly installed. We even had to talk to an engineer to finally get it working. The owner was nice and tried to be helpful—he had offered to meet us when we arrived, but in the end, he didn’t. So it took some time to sort everything out. Hopefully, future guests won’t have to go through the same issues, because we did lose quite a bit of time with all this. That being said, the flat itself is very nice, and the location makes for a really interesting experience ”

Perfect Central London Apartment

David and Pennie were wonderful hosts, Pennie meet us on arrival to show us around and ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is in a great location near Battersea Park and walking distance to many areas like Kings Road and Sloane Square, as well as transport links to other areas. The apartment is well appointed and very tastefully decorated. It is in a new and modern complex with cafes and restaurants very close by, as well as supermarkets etc. We had a great stay and Pennie was very responsive to any enquiries we had. Thank you! ”

Life by the Thames

Situated on the banks of the Thames River, the apartment is part of the major development taking place around the old Battersea Power Station. A courtesy shuttle bus every 20 minutes connects to the underground, Victoria station and many shopping areas. The apartment is very well appointed and very comfortable. Our hosts Penny and David could not have been more helpful. A most enjoyable stay. ”

Excellent

Battersea Power Station was excellent. It was clean and very easy to get to. Thanks to David the owner for his instructors to get the 137 bus, It was great too on the Marble Arch. The condo was above a lovely restaurant and the ferry to Tower Bridge. The trains went by but with the double glazed windows you did not here them. Thank you Thirdhome and David for letting us stay there. I would stay there again . ”

Great Condo!

We stayed at this perfectly outfitted condo on the last leg of our UK trip. The development was brand new and restaurants were doing their grand openings during our stay. We had a wonderful time with a handy market just steps away and lovely restaurants right out side the door. Your stay will be even better as more will have opened! Convenient to Victoria station with a shuttle running regularly. Great launching pad for a London holiday! Owner was easy to work with and very helpful! We would love to come back!”

Modern apartment - Excellent location

The apartment is modern, full of natural light, functional and well-equipped. It is located a stone’s throw away from the Thames River and the Battersea Park. Certainly, an excellent option to enjoy London SW neighborhood.”

Great stay in amazing property

David and penny could not be more accommodating g. The property is beautiful new and fresh and the location could not be more central to all the things we wanted to do in London. Only drawback is access to the property. It's a bit maze like in a new development and is tricky to navigate with luggage. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Just reply perfect.”
