We had a lovely time in this tasteful charmer right on the beach, close to beautiful hiking, fun shopping, and the pleasures of Santa Monica. The cozy fireplace, beautiful oceanfront bar area and deck were our favorite places to hang out and enjoy the wonderful sound of the pounding surf just outside. House has gorgeous southern exposure, translating to wonderful all day sun.”

Views from Santa Monica to Malibu

This home has recently been completely remodeled and is very nice. The views are incredible. Oceanfront and close in to Santa Monica, not at the very end of Malibu but at the beginning so easy access to LA, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. The kitchen is well equipped. Recommend dining at Nobu on the ocean and try Mastro's on the beach which is 2 minutes away. Also recommend Sams on the beach at West Channel which is also 2 minutes away. The home has a master however the extra two bedrooms are really geared more towards kids than adults. The wi-fi works great! ”

Fabulous Birthday Week

What a fantastic place in Malibu, only 20 minutes from LAX and close to all the cool spots Malibu has to offer. House was warm and inviting with a million dollar view. Looked like you had an infinity pool but it was the Pacific Ocean. My mom had a fabulous 70th birthday and the 3RD HOME experience helped contribute to that. Thanks for a great week, looking forward to visiting again soon. ”

Malibu Beach Bungalow

Wonderful little home built in the '30s and redone, we are told, in the '90s after storm pulled half off into the ocean. Still has that feel of LA noir. Home was lovely with great views, great big gas FP and the most wonderful shower in the master with an incredible shower head that delivered tons of forceful water. We could have spent most of our vacation using the MBR shower and steam room. She is located in South Malibu just as you cross the city line so the drive from LAX only took about 25 minutes. Enjoyed our daily beach walks and our kids even put on wet suits to body surf in the chilly March Pacific water. Didn't faze them a bit. All in all a delightful home and delightful hosts who were always available to answer our questions. We'll be back! ”
