The master bedroom has a 4 piece ensuite washroom with a whirlpool tub. There's a main floor powder room, and a shared four piece washroom on the lower level. The lower level also features a billiard table and surround sound 60" TV area.

Welcome yourself into an eclectically modern, restored century barn, featuring beautiful southern yellow pine wooden flooring and hand hewn wooden posts and beams. The home features a spacious layout, and the openness of the main floor is perfect for entertaining as it allows you to effortlessly move between each of the unique spaces.

In the living room, surrounded by exquisite art pieces, you will never run out of comfortable places to sit and enjoy time with your friends and loved ones. A dual-sided gas fireplace divides the living and dining areas. Antique French doors lead to a spacious patio with a dining area and gas bbq, all overlooking a lush green backyard. The chef’s kitchen features top of the line appliances, beautiful soapstone counters, brightly coloured walls, bar stools, and there's an adjacent sitting area with plush sofa seating. Music lovers will delight in the beautifully restored, 1913 Steinway Model O piano. The lofty, vaulted main floor ceilings of this home make for sensational acoustics, so don’t hesitate to settle in for a private concert, courtesy of the musician in the group!

On the lower level you’ll find three of four bedrooms. The master bedroom is situated in its own separate space in what used to be the hayloft. Whichever room you choose provides its own signature design flair.
