Fabulous House with unobstructed Ocean View

Villa Lapa Lapa was better than its pictures. Actually, the beauty of this house is very difficult to capture in pictures. I am not a good sleeper. Yet my nights in this house were extremely restful. The best sleep I have had in years! The owner, Javier, was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. During the week we stayed, we managed to eat at five 5-star restaurants. Puerto Vallarta was wonderful.”

Gorgeous home and view

We had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful home with even more stunning views of the entire bay. The home is very tastefully decorated, and included a hospitable staff of Cella and her family who prepared breakfast, drinks, lunch and or snacks. This made the entire stay easier and more enjoyable, and the $100/day was well worth it, which also included maid service. The home is very clean, although it has open areas throughout, and being this home is surrounded by basically a lush, tropical jungle, we did at times see little critters. Just know that going in and be okay with it being open air in the entry and living and dining room (as seen in pictures). However, it is in a gated, upscale community only 10 minutes south of town, so easy to access many sites, while still feeling very remote. While we did not see any security, the overall area seemed very safe, as is PV. The only problems during the stay would be the lack of soap and some basics initially (we got the feeling the home is not used very often), and the front door lock not working at first. We came home our first night to being locked out, late, and having to scale a very high wall (luckily the entry is open air and we could physically do this!). The management did correct the problems quickly the next day however. It made for some good laughs. All in all, we had a very nice time. The home is for sale, so I do hope it will remain in Third Home, as we would definitely stay here again. Great location and community. ”
